I was hesitant to come here because of the Google reviews, but my experience was great! The food was hot and fresh, the order was all correct as well. Give this location a try!

Kinda grossed out to watch one employee carry a chicken patty from the back with his bare hands to drop into the fryer before wiping his hands on his pants and proceeding to touch everything else. Even if the fryer can kill germs that’s just nasty…. But what was more irritating is that this same guy just stood there doing absolutely nothing but staring at the abyss while 5 people stood waiting to pickup a carryout that had been ready since before any of us even walked in while the one lady in the front tried to take a huge order over the phone. Walked in with my name green and stood there for 20minutes is absolutely absurd for a location that doesn’t do dine in.

Went to Wingstop at 11:40 PM, well before closing, and asked to place an order. Instead of helping us, the staff went to the back, started whispering, and complained loudly about how they were “about to close.” They never came back to take our order and just ignored us. If you’re going to stop serving early, don’t advertise being open until midnight. Unprofessional and a total waste of time.

I just went in to get a door dash order, seeing that it was still being prepared I waited and told them the customers name I'm picking up for. Other customers go in order and i sit waiting. I see the order is finished on the screen and wait as they give other customers their orders. I understand it's busy but when I'm delivering I should be getting the order I'm picking up. This place has very poor customer service. Giving me the run around while everyone else is in and out.

This wingstop is hands down my favorite , not only does Sage offer top notch customer service but also the food was done right and fries were not soggy and the perfect amount of sauce on our wings compared to the other locations we ate at . I will recommend this wingstop to anyone not only for the food but the Customer Service that Sage provided. And Rosie made our food yesterday afternoon and it was amazing .. y'all location is the best
