I am a Dasher, and the customer service here is absolutely terrible..Ive worked on customer service my entire working life and this is probably, thus far on my top 3 worst experiences. The order wasn't complete so my customer asked if I would take it back.and have them fix it. I get to this Wingstop and they ask for the receipt stating they can not do anything without it. So I find that and then they tell me that I have to go back to my customer with absolutely no food that she paid for and tell her to call door dash for help.. This is completely unacceptable, her and her child and husband are staying in a hotel so they aren't even at home and I'm sure don't have money to just lose like this. I hope that this review gets seen and customer service becomes anout the customer not "oh the food was touched" or "call the 3rd party". Those are unacceptable answers for me, and that's all I have to tell this poor woman. Shame! Shame on these people because I know if the tables were turned they wouldn't see this as an acceptable answer either.

This place was horrible waited over an hour for our meal still didn’t get everything we ordered. My husband went in and said they were extremely rude and said if your name isn’t on here then you will just have to wait. Their employees were rude to any costumer that was went in at one point there was 17 people waiting for their food. A DoorDasher went in to see if he was at the right location and the employee asked if he had the damn order number. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

No silverware. Guess it's not a place to come for a quick lunch. I got boneless wings so I didn't get messy. How cheap can a company be to not offer forks with meals. Spilled ranch all over my car because I had to keep wiping my hands the whole time. Time for Wingstop to just shut down. Had a bad experience with an employee in the past at a different location but seems like the corporate is just as much to blame.

Went and picked up wingstop today for lunch. The wings were so over sauced and over cooked we couldn’t eat them. I was on my lunch hour so didn’t have time to go back. I called 4 times and they never answered the phone. So I went back with the food when I got off work. I told them I did not want it remade that I either wanted store credit or a refund. They made me sit there for 30 minutes and then handed me a bag. I told her I did not want it remade. She said that’s all they can do and was very rude. The manager refused to come out to help. So I took the food that I didn’t want - with no ranch or anything- and I wrote corporate on the website. This is ridiculous to pay for bad food and bad customer service. Soda machine was also dirty and gross.

We came from outside, we wanted to eat and they wouldn't let us order anything. I cancelled the order because I saw that they were preparing everything with their hands without gloves, it looked dirty.

Found a literal cooked cockroach in our food LMFAO called to let them know and was told by the employee on the phone "blast us i don't care". Obvious that the employees don't care about customer care, can only imagine what's going on in that kitchen

I walked into the restaurant & was not greeted by anybody. The lobby was super disgusting and nasty. I had to tell the lady that it needed attention. Wingstop really needs to up their game at these locations all them in Lubbock are very disappointing to go into a restaurant they used to be once so good and now it’s total trash. I feel like y’all really need to get these restaurants in line as well as get better employees who are gonna do their job to make sure that all customers are completely satisfied at all times it should be embarrassing to Wingstop that there have been so many negative reviews Left and nothing has been done!!! Also, there is no reason why when he walked into a restaurant ghetto music should be played! It’s unprofessional and does not look OKAy
