Didn't receive all of my order and when I called, rather than them bringing me the rest of my order, they said I was just going to get a refund. Two weeks later I call and they have no idea what I'm even talking about. Do not order from this location, or do it at your own risk.

What's up with this Wingstop, they only had 2 tables and a lot of empty space. It felt uncomfortable. Seems like some or most of the wingstops took out tables but never put them back. This Wingstop only had 2 tables.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They canceled my Uber order and when I called to ask them why it was canceled. Their excuse was they were too busy to handle Uber eats orders. like why have that option available if employees are allowed to turn down them due to busy hours. Also the employee I talked to was rude and very disrespectful when I asked for a manger name or contact info I got hung up on

Called to place an order about an hour and a half before they closed, and the man on the phone said we had to come I'm to the store to place an order. So I came to the location, and the service and employees gave poor customer service. There was a guy vaping in the food prep area. A guy on his phone touching food products. To top it off, they were supposedly out of flavors and ranch for fries. The place was a mess. It was over all a bad experience. The managers need to have a pep talk with their employees to do better.

Ordered online and more than an hour has passed, and was told 10 mins more, which was 30 mins ago. Don't come here on Fridays or during football games. They usually forget an item or two on the order and have to go back in and tell them that forgot to add an order of fries or sauce etc. Then they think it's an inconvenience to them that you told them they forgot something.

This Wingstop is the most consistent location between all Wingstops I have been to. Wings are saucy, order is fresh and ready at the promised time (sometimes even sooner). The last time I picked up, on Saturday, 11/25 around 6pm, the cashier was so friendly. They had a full kitchen it looked like, which is breath of fresh air out here lately with the staffing issues a lot of restaurants are having. No wonder they were able to execute these orders quickly without compromising food quality. Thanks for another awesome dinner. ??

None of the workers wear gloves. They were sitting in plane view on their phones, touching their faces, and everything else while still making food. Very unsanitary in my opinion.

Place a order online, said would be ready in 20 min, I give more time I showed up 30 mins later just to give it time they said when I got here it would be a other 30 mins till the food was ready. Not very happy then when I walked in there was a teen working the counter on her cell phone not even paying attention to anyone in the store, just to busy playing on her phone and seemed to be flirting with the cooks,

This place doesn't even deserve a one star! Music blasting bit ch this & but ch that, nigge* this and nigge* that, f yous thrown around, on phones, no seasoning, extremely dirty, I asked for young man to clean the table or to give me a rag, he laughed in my face. There's NO direct number to make a proper complaint. You have to make a request online and even then their website doesn't work long enough to get to properly make a complaint. You want to curse or listen to that junk that's your business. However in a public place with little kids, show some respect. I didn't even bring my kids and it bothered me. Think twice before choosing this location! A complete waste of time to drive 45 minutes ONE WAY just to eat here.
