Put an order in online for a single chicken sandwich meal, said it would be done at 6:28 we go in and wait by 6:45 they tell my boyfriend they are barley dropping it and it will take 8 minutes.This Wingstop always takes forever.

Dirty store, lazy workers. What happened to the customer being right? Or taking care of the customer? They tell me they haven’t dropped my wings yet which is already late so then I ask can you make them extra crispy then and they say no. I say can I do half and half flavors and they say no the are too backed up. What does tossing some wings into a flavor even matter? It’s your guys jobs I don’t feel bad that you are busy. That’s a good thing that means that your working which is what you should be doing because your at… WORK. No instead they’d rather rush through all the customers so they can go back to sitting around and being on their phones. Do better wingstop.

absolute worst experience in my life! every piece of our order was wrong. I called immediately after getting home n seeing it. was told by Jason if get a refund he would have his gm start on it. called the next day to confirm that Jason said oh ya it's being worked on should have in two to three days. didn't get anything called back an spoke with Carlos he knew nothing about it or a refund was gunna check about it n call me right back. never heard from him . called back again lady said he wasn't there would text him n have him call me. still nothing. so now I will b calling the health Dept, BBB, and whoever else I need too. granted my order was only $56 but it still $56 and that we have been repeatedly lied too. don't eat there it's an awful place

The food is excellent, but the service has gotten so, so terrible, and it only seems to be getting worse. The workers themselves are actually (and usually) pretty good, but the wait time is just absolutely terrible.

I’m sure it’s generally pretty good quality. But last time I ordered. I chose 2 of the dry rub seasonings (Lemon Pepper & Louisiana) but the wings I received were essentially naked. There was a tiny bit of lemon pepper seasoning & literally nothing on the Louisiana wings. Extremely disappointing. 👎

Very very slow service for to go food. Almost 45 minutes we have waited multiple times. Not sure why.

Love wing stop but this last time the man had our order and held it up for fries. Then proceeded to fill all the orders after us with fries. Waiting until the next batch and added our fries. They now have a screen for you to see your order status. They marked it complete long before it was ready. When he proceeded to give everyone who ordered after us their order and we asked if he said our name because he waited till he had multiple orders and we couldn’t hear the names he had an attitude. I used to love wingstop but 30 minutes way after their time they said would be ready has been too much.

Ordered at 6pm online, stated it would be ready at 630. Arrived at 635 pm and they said it would be 30 more minutes. It’s 715 pm and still waiting. Place needs some new management…SMH

Third time in a row our order is wrong, second time in a row we’re missing five wings. The employees can’t count but from now you can count on me asking for an extra box when picking up then counting my wings on the counter before leaving smh.
