This Wingstop is trash. Waited an extra 30 minutes for my food while it was sitting on the take out shelf the whole time. The guys that work here are slow and the “manager” is an idiot.

Drive 5 hours from San Antonio to Lubbock for work and unfortunately food wasn’t it but I called and spoke to Josiah and he was super polite and offered to remake my order due to Good Friday , I asked for a refund and he did that especially since I have to drive all the way back home to San Antonio .!! Thank you Josiah.!!

Update to last Wingstop review. Well , I didn't think it could be worse, but now Wingstop has outdone themselves. I messaged them with all my problems with my order, and their remedy is to send me a $5.00 gift card ! The unmitigated gall of these people! I spend over $40 in bad food/ missing food and they think a $5 gift card makes it better?!?! Are they serious?!?! All that has done was add insult to injury. Do NOT do business with Wingstop .

One of the worst meals of my life. Went in on a thursday morning and had to wait 20+ minutes, ended up with overcooked fries, garlic parm wings that might as well have been plain, and spicy korean wings that were somehow oversauced and under at the same time. Awful experience, awful food.

This store is awful! They have lost my order multiple times! Staff could care less! Won’t go back.
Terrible. Food not up to par. They managed to under cook their fries while burning them. Wings were not sauced the way they were supposed to be. Gave them the benefit of doubt, filled out a survey with a request to call back. Never received a call back.

We ordered Wingstop for dinner online. I went to pick up order they said give us 10 mins. First of all they put my food in a united paper sack when I got home the food was cold that because we live right down the street. Call the store and told them that the food was cold the manager said that the wings were fresh then she said I knew the fries were cold I was like really. Horrible this wing stop is not good no sauce on the wings were not crispy they were soft. Will not eat here again unless they get new management and a better crew.

I always go to this wingstop even though I have one closer to me. This location just knows how to make my food the way I like it! I never get any attitude when I ask for extra everything, they just accommodate me! The team there is young, but they are professional and sweet! I will keep driving from the west end to this location because I have never had an issue with my food or the service.
