Just going to leave this here to warn others. The "manager" KC messed up a part of our order. I ordered spicy garlic and got something labeled garlic parmesean that looked like she threw spicy garlic sauce in a bowl of wings already seasoned with parmesean.

Granted we ordered 45 minutes prior to closing but waited over an hour they never showed up and of course they were closed and we were able to get anyone on the phone.

i ordered mine and my husbands dinner almost an hour ago and was told 45 mins. its now going on 55 minutes. we've been trying to call for the last 5 minutes and have received no answer

the pizza was horrible. I live 2 blocks away and it was cold when it got here. the cheese was non existent. bread stick were tough and no dipping sauce. So my kid added ketchup on her pizza it was that bad. No sauce very little cheese. makes me sad because pizza hut used to be so good.

What has happened to good customer service and the customer is always right???? I am so sick of rude workers!!!! If you are not happy at your job... find another job!!! Went to Pizza Hut on 50th near Boston to pick up dinner. After waiting at the window for 15 mins, a young girl opened the window and said “YES” not how may I help you or what name is on the order... then shut the window. Handed me a clip board and said “sign the top and keep the bottom of you want it!” Shut the window!!! Handed me my pizza without any eye contact and didn’t say a word!!! Not thank you... not have a nice night!!! Just no common curtesy anymore!! Okay sorry!! Off my soap box!!! But seriously Lubbock.... get some training from Chic-fil-a!!!
