Just going to leave this here to warn others. The "manager" KC messed up a part of our order. I ordered spicy garlic and got something labeled garlic parmesean that looked like she threw spicy garlic sauce in a bowl of wings already seasoned with parmesean.

If i could give zero stars i would ordered online and get told 41-51 mins cool that's great an hour and 20 mins goes buy no pizza so i call and I'm told the wait times online are up to 85 mins that website gives all the stores the same estimate witch if thats the case they should call and let you know that it will be longer than what online said but to make matter worse my pizza arrives cold and hard but because they took so long it is now after close and they aren't answering there phones but i will never order from this location again manager kaylen is horribly rude as well.

In town for a conference and couldn't figure out what I wanted. Finally settled on Pizza hut. The online ordering process was simple. The pizza and dessert was ready when I arrive about 20 minutes later. The pizza was good but the chocolate chip cookie pie shined. Even after the commute back to the hotel, it was still warm and gooey. The clerk was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this location.

A friend and I had the buffet for lunch today. The service was friendly and attentive, and the pizzas were coming out quickly, with a nice variety offered. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked, and there were several desserts as well. Our server, Michael, was very nice, and took good care of us.

Granted we ordered 45 minutes prior to closing but waited over an hour they never showed up and of course they were closed and we were able to get anyone on the phone.

Always order here but tonight i waited in the drive thru for 20 mins went inside my order still wasn't ready everyone waiting inside had been waiting for awhile mind you well all ordered online not a very happy customer
the pizza was horrible. I live 2 blocks away and it was cold when it got here. the cheese was non existent. bread stick were tough and no dipping sauce. So my kid added ketchup on her pizza it was that bad. No sauce very little cheese. makes me sad because pizza hut used to be so good.

We placed an order for 2 pizzas. Both pepperoni , 1 w green peppers &1 w jalapeí±os. My husband picked up, PAID, and once he got home, we noticed the pizzas had no pepperoni. My husband took them back talked to Michael he was very nice, they said they would fix and deliver it and he went to talk to a manager to see if we could get a credit. They said we would... 30 min so so later they delivered. We called a week later to order and use our credit. The manager was soooo rude... she said we had already used the credit...? I was like ugh no.. she said we delivered it that night??? And we didn't charge you... I said WE PAID!!! She said right,, but when we took you the correct order, we didn't charge you.. oh my goodness!! And it's not like we kept the wrong order.. we took it back. So anyway ... the pizza was not ever great, it was just close to our house and we are pizza eaters so we order at least once a week for the last 3 years! So not anymore obviously. Cherokee was the managers name.

I ordered delivery today and they were slightly longer than usual. The driver called me wife stating we weren’t answering the door that he had been knocking on for 10 minutes. We then discovered he was at the wrong address after being rude to my wife. I had also checked the 30 minutes or less policy stated on the website and asked Jim about it and he completely blew it off. So I called the GM to see if the store would honor it. She completely disregarded it as well instead of

Gross. We ordered 4 large pizzas for a family event. These look like medium pizzas. On was to be a jalapeño & Canadian bacon...it came out as a jalapeño & onion. Worse, these were horrible. Dry, little sauce and tasteless. Like a frisbee. I have had bad food...this was the worst. We will never be back. Dions maycost more but you get eatable, good food.
