We went at around 6pm for dinner, and experienced a 20 minute wait before being seated. The food came out fairly slowly, however with a full restaurant and waiting patrons, this is completely understandable and made the meal leisurely and enjoyable to not be rushed. We left with leftovers at 8pm.

We were driving through Lubbock and we were craving some ramen so we decided to stop and try this and it did not disappoint! The food was really good! We had the seafood and the spicy ramen and they were both delicious. The portions are great and the our server Angelita did a fantastic job!

I tried Yanagi Ramen being optimistic yet not super hopeful because of other restaurants I had tried in the past. After letting my waitress know my allergies and concerns she immediately wrote everything down and made me feel like my allergies would never be a problem in this establishment....
