Hi the lady at the front counter assisting me at this location specifically was rude and she said that the card i was getting needed to be loaded with cash but she interrupted me to say that and I never said I didn't have any cash, so I told her yes I got some and then I was asking about the fee it costs to purchase the card and she answered for me and I was mad so I said well before you interrupted me that was what I was going to say, basically she was just rude and assumed I didn't have cash but she doesn't need to be making those assumptions about me and having attitude because that's very rude and I won't be putting up with it.

Been there multiple times employee smelled like alcohol real bad she looked very intoxicated her name tag was Desiree I'm pretty sure management was aware but does nothing if u can't smell her u gotta be really d*** she's also really rude

They refused to open the doors after reset, saying they were cleaning up a spill but had time to answer the phone. I wouldnt think it took as long as it took them to clean up a spill. I guess some people just don't want to work.
