Nothing but great experiences so far and delicious drinks. They brought some to our work and we had a couple extras leftover and they lasted for days and still were strong and yummy. Not too bad on pricing, AWESOME customer service. If you have a problem with your drink I’m 1000% certain you can get the problem corrected without issue. They’re still training people as they’re very new still and as far as other issues why would you not try to speak to someone about it when they’re clearly dedicated to providing the best service they can even though things happen and they’re still ironing out the kinks with just opening. 🤷♀️

So this morning I was so excited about trying 7 brews for the first time. Very disappointed! My HOT coffee was cold and my daughter drink has HAIR in the cup. No it’s not the outside of the cup it’s on the inside of the cup! So very disappointed and will not return. Also the coffee was more like a cup of sugar and syrup too sweet no coffee!

I finally got to try their strawberry banana smoothie yesterday and i thought it was pretty good! Will be going back to try more flavors off the menu sometime!

I tried 7 Brew in another city, was not impressed, but I thought I would give them another try. A friend suggested a drink I would like, an iced latte with certain syrup combo. I ordered it with oat milk as cow milk makes me very sick. The line was long but I had the day off, got my drink and headed to HEB to shop. The drink had NO syrup. Awesome. I had some sweeteners in the car, so sweetened it. It was ok. Got home with groceries, and started feeling sick. I soon realized they did not use oat milk. Spent the next couple of hours getting sick. Didn’t get all my chores done. Thanks 7 brew for ruining my day off.
