Food is good , not a fan of the new au ju tho. They changed it to a thicker gravy like , not good. Atmosphere is fine , plenty of seating , limited close by parking but huge parking lot. The staff can and has been very rude . They are the reason Arby's got a mediocre score.

Stopped by this Arby’s and honestly had nothing to complain about. Service was on point from the moment I walked in — the cashiers were friendly, quick with a smile, and really seemed to care. The rest of the staff kept things moving smoothly, and my order came out just the way it should. Food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I expected from Arby’s, maybe even a little better. Overall, it felt like one of those rare stops where everything just clicks together perfectly. Definitely a solid 5/5 in my book, and I’d happily come back anytime.

I thought I didn't like Arby's. Its just this one. Anything fried tastes like old grease. My husband gets the French dip every time and half the time they leave out the au jus.

Arby’s just lost another customer because there was no one working the counter. What’s worse is that there was an employee (looked like a manager of some sort) sitting in the lobby on the phone and never attempted to assist. At some point businesses need to ask themselves is it worth it to save a little labor and lose customers?

Stopped in for lunch while out shopping. The cashier was friendly, and it was easy to order. Our food came out fast and it was hot and fresh. The curly fries were so good. It's a good location, and we will definitely be back.
