Stopped in for lunch while out shopping. The cashier was friendly, and it was easy to order. Our food came out fast and it was hot and fresh. The curly fries were so good. It's a good location, and we will definitely be back.

I don't appreciate being asked if I want medium or large when small is also an option. Just money grubbing. Is you ask if i want to upgrade I might. But didn't tell me upgrading is my only option.

Normally, I love Arby's. However, this particular one has the worst service I've seen at a fast food place. The woman working the register, Tycia, was slow and rude. She didn't seem to know what was going on around her. Her attitude when she couldn't keep up with a simple order was outrageous!!! If the food wasn't so good, I would have walked out without finishing my order just from her rude tone and bad attitude. The food, however, is amazing as always.
The employees were very nice and didn’t mind cracking some jokes. Joe specifically was really nice and very helpful.

No communication at all Ordered twice One- lunch ordered 3 for 5 got and paid for something completely different ended up with the 2 for 6 Then ordered breakfast and ordered a regular number 3 combo End up charging me 9 dollars total I got charged for 2 extra hash browns !!! Where do they find these employees? I won’t be back! All I’m saying is you better communicate and make them repeat your orders back probably at least three times and they might get it right
