Yummy, yummy, yummy!! The ice cream and the shakes are outstanding! As a special topping, the employees are outstanding as well! Very friendly and eager to make things the way the customers want. What more could you ask for??

We visited on a Monday afternoon and arrived to find the front Doors locked. It was 8 PM and Google Maps stated they closed at 10 PM. We went through the drive through and the girl who was at the speaker said the dining room was closed. she then rattled off the ice creams So fast and practically whispered, we could not hear what ice creams they had in stock that day. I then told her I could not hear Her that She sounded far away and she didnt say a word. We did not get the ice cream pulled out of the drive thru and left. Mixed reviews lead me to believe its the employees who are ruining the experiences.

So glad it opened up at last in Lufkin! To me personally, no other icecream can beat Baskin Robbins when it comes to the quality and variety of flavors. I try to stop by every time I'm in Lufkin. It's very cozy inside and if you want to grab a fresh donut with a cup of coffee, Dunkin Donuts is right there!

Also lies about how much she is charging you . She pretended to fix the issue and then reversed right back
Ice cream was delicious. Our waitress was so sweet. Kept a smile on her face the whole time. Very professional. Will definitely return.

We got some regular iced donut holes from Dunkin Donuts. There was almost no glaze on the donut holes at all. They were tasteless!!! The Dunkin Donuts in Cibolo, Tx is excellent. We ate a couple and threw the rest away. We won't be returning to the Dunkin Donuts in Lufkin. Also the Baskin Robbins ice cream parlor doesn't carry Pralines and Cream ice cream, which happens to be our favorite. To say we were disappointed with our visit to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins ice cream in Lufkin, Tx is a huge understatement!!!
