walked in and waited at the front counter while 5 separate employees walked past us but specifically a middle aged blonde woman in a claw clip working 11/18 at 8:40pm, when i had said “may i ask you a question” she ignored me and walked right past me, since the employees had no interest in seating us after 5 minutes of waiting we sat ourselves at the bar, bartender was chill though

This year, buffalo has gone down hill. Their management sucks, she has a nasty attitude. I’ve came to buffalo FOR YEARS and never have I ever had bad experience until recently. The last 3 times I’ve came to eat, it’s been a worthless experience. With this last go around There’s absolutely no reason my child should have to wait 40 min to eat. Everyone including a table that ordered way after us, food came out in a timely manner except for hers. I under stand 5 min, maybe. However, my two kids, my husband, and myself all finished our food while waiting for her food to just be “checked on”. As a manager who’s is supposed to MANAGE THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT she should have handled it WITHOUT a nasty smirk, nasty attitude and a WHOLE BUNCH OF EXCUSES!

Just walked out after getting seated at filthy table and waiting 15 minutes and not one person came to even take our drink order. Not busy, several empty tables but they could not figure out who was supposed to be our waiter so after they debated the issue for 5 minutes, and others were being seated around us and getting drinks, we just walked out...with a sticky purse from the filthy table.
We went here for fight night tonight and its literally THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! I've never had so many waitresses ignore me. I understand its busy but this is your job you chose this profession. My husband and I were taken back on how rude the staff was. When we finally got our waitresses attentetion we asked where our appetizer we ordered 30 minutes ago said she'd go check. Mind you she didn't even let me finish my sentence. I had to go chase her down to tell her to cancel the order because we've waited to long. She was literally putting the order in as I was telling her to cancel it. Never again.

The music in this place was extremely loud. The people who were there had to talk really loudly to hear each other at the same table. My wife and I could not hear each other. The food was extremely with hardly any customers there. The loud music is a trend that needs to stop. People go to restaurants to eat and have conversations, not to feel like they are at a night club or concert.
