walked in and waited at the front counter while 5 separate employees walked past us but specifically a middle aged blonde woman in a claw clip working 11/18 at 8:40pm, when i had said “may i ask you a question” she ignored me and walked right past me, since the employees had no interest in seating us after 5 minutes of waiting we sat ourselves at the bar, bartender was chill though

This year, buffalo has gone down hill. Their management sucks, she has a nasty attitude. I’ve came to buffalo FOR YEARS and never have I ever had bad experience until recently. The last 3 times I’ve came to eat, it’s been a worthless experience. With this last go around There’s absolutely no reason my child should have to wait 40 min to eat. Everyone including a table that ordered way after us, food came out in a timely manner except for hers. I under stand 5 min, maybe. However, my two kids, my husband, and myself all finished our food while waiting for her food to just be “checked on”. As a manager who’s is supposed to MANAGE THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT she should have handled it WITHOUT a nasty smirk, nasty attitude and a WHOLE BUNCH OF EXCUSES!

Took my dad out to dinner and was very disappointed. The traditional wings were so hard we could barely eat them from being so overcooked; brought out with barely any sauce. Got two of our flavors wrong and instead of fixing it I was argued with and told I was wrong. Lastly we were also brought out the wrong drink and didn’t want to even go through the trouble of saying anything due to being so over with the FOOD & SERVICE! Would not recommend.

1st time at Buffalo Wild Wings and my last. Ordered a Beer, it was warm, ordered 15 wings, they were cold and dry like beef jerky. When the wings showed up finally there was only 11 cold wings guess they can't count. Manager came by and I let her know the issues, but she acted like she could care less. I could care less myself and will never go back. 1st time there and my last time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. FYI: Besides the crap wing food the wings are really small and COLD and DRY. Baby wings and baby drum sticks cause they count those as a wing. LOL A joke of a place you'd want to visit!!!
