I have never had an experience like I had yesterday!!!! I set in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes!!!!! Then they came on and was very rude and disrespectful!!!!!

Very nasty place and got the wrong order

Used to like ordering here. After a while I came back and what can I say. I’ve been there twice and both times employees just standing doing nothing and talking or playing instead of getting the orders out. One of the two times I was there i was told to pull up and my order will come out. I literally for about 50 minutes, I went around to the lobby and they had my order ready, they just forgot I was there. And my order was still incomplete, my fries were missing. 2nd time I went I thought it was just a one time thing. There were 2 or 3 people ahead and still waited for more than 30 minutes. I had ordered a whopper with fries, 8 piece nugget and medium coke. My order was again incomplete. The fries container was barely half full and the nuggets were missing. Don’t waste your money here and if you really really want Burger King just go to the one next to Walmart or go to nac.

An employee stole my case :/ I set it down for a moment and someone who worked here must have stolen it (I was the only person in the store other than employees). Imagine if it had been my phone! This was just sad, I mean I doubt the case fits their phone either. I hope whoever did it realizes that stealing from people is simply cruel. Would you like that if it was done to you? Try to care about other people. Put yourself in their place.

Ordered a Texas Wooper, A Bacon double cheeseburger, two bacon cheeseburgers plain a regular cheeseburger and chicken fries about 9:58.
Recieved Texas Wopper no bacon, two plain cheeseburgers no bacon, a bacon double cheesburger no bacon and chicken fries. They left out the regular cheeseburger and did bot put bacon on amy of the burgers we recieved Try to call no answer.
Drove back up there and had to explain the mistakes they made, cause comparing the receipt to what was in the bag was to difficult to understand. It took 30 minutes to get them to understand what the issues were. After the explanation they remade the order and still left off a cheeseburger and the bacon on the double cheeseburger. It is now 11:42 and we finally at least get something to eat.

First time visiting this location. It was 10:45am and only one other customer inside, so it wasn't busy. Yet, it took a very long time to make my burger and they still managed to mess it up. They put onions on it that I told them to hold and they gave it to me in a bag, where I had said I was dining in. The ticket even said my correct order as well as dine in. There were no napkins in the bag either. When I went to the counter for napkins, I told the cashier that it was wrong, she kept telling me they had a new order system and were not used to it yet. I'm not sure if it was just an excuse or if management failed to train the staff. Sad.
