This place is getting pretty rough. Service was subpar and the dining area looked like they were trying to conserve energy...it was dark in the middle of the day! I was just glad to leave honestly.

Hadnt had BK in years...wanted a double cheeseburger and fries and it tasted great just like back in the day!
Absolutely love the staff this visit came in with my service dog manager came up and asked the legal questions turned out an older man was making the complaint and he was calling me a liar and I didn’t get the managers name but I am so appreciative of the way she handled it, knew what she was allowed to ask and defended me. Had to wait a little longer for food due to another customer t stealing it off the counter staff was fast to remake and attitudes were phenomenal would definitely recommend to anyone this is the best service ever

Really had no complaints up until last Sat night. I was at work at 2pm hubby had worked all day, so he went home for a few hrs and he could me about 6 asking me what I wanted from burger King. I said a number 1 with mustard all they way, so he ordered as I was on the phone with him and he told the lady he wanted 2 number 1s with mustard all the way ,no mayo period . She calls back over said u asked for 2 Doubles?He said No 2 number 1 with mustard all the way. Etc . So obviously she still didn't get it right so he pulls up to window and tells her again what ge wanted. She Sao ok got it . He paid and she asked him to pull up. So about 10 min later the food was delivered my husband looks in the bag and smh No 2 number 1s . One was a Double with mustard and mayo, no veggies, the other not sure but wasn't what we ordered.. so he gets out walk up to the window and tells them the order is wrong, Tells the Manager what happened and she says no worries I'll make it for u. SO at this time I'm starving so now it's been about 35 min so our fries are cold, drinks watery and still no burgers, So finally her she comes with yhe burgers, he looks at them still not right, but he was pretty hungry and upset for waiting all that time so he just went ahead and came to my work , so anyways. Bad ,bad bad.. But she took his name and number and said next time u come back we will give u 2 free meals. That's a plus if the people can follow orders. But TY WE WILL BE BACK.
