This was my 1st visit and the guys were all friendly and helpful. The food was all fresh and food portions were great!
I ordered fresh cut Onion Rings, the Catfish & Butterfly Shrimp plate which came with a trip to the Salad Bar, Baked Potato (or FF), Pinto Beans, Cole Slaw & Hushpuppies. Everything was appealing and quite tasty! I will definitely stop in again on my next trip to Lufkin. Thanks for a great supper (& plenty of leftovers 😀), Catfish King! 💜

The fish was horrible belly fish tasted bad could not eat it. I have heard they changed fish again will not be back. We would eat there at least 3 times a month. List a customer.

This restaurant was a decent stopover during our road trip. Their seafood dishes are accurate to menu, tasted good, and was in generous portions. The staff was also quick and attentive to our orders. It was a clean, and comfortable environment with music but it wasn't too loud for us to talk. The Catfish King restaurant is a place well worth eating if you're craving seafood at an affordable price.

To the Corporate Office in Longview. We eat at Lufkin Catfish King regularly. But it’s ratings are going down in my book. It has been weeks and even months that the AC doesn’t work properly. The employees and patrons should not have to work or eat in those conditions. Today and last Sunday we sat in no Ac and fanned ourselves. You gladly take our money so the least you can do is put your profits into the work conditions and make it a good restaurant.
Stopped at the one in Livingston and it was great. So a couple days later I stopped in here thinking it would be just as good. Nope not even close. It is what it is.
