Just a very homey, comfortable, local restaurant. Somewhat limited buffet in size, but the food is excellent, especially for a buffet. Service was exceptional.

Service was as expected no complaints, however the variety is extremely limited and the food is of sub-par quality. Sweet and sour chicken with runny batter and overcooked chicken. We were mean mugged the entire meal by an older couple and the entire atmosphere was terrible.

Parking: Usually parking is not a problem, but the lot can get pretty full at lunchtime.
Food at 5 o'clock didn't seem too fresh. Think it was left over from lunch. Chicken was like chewing leather. 10-2-2024 Got some to-go fried rice. You know chicken, shrimp, beef and pork Well we had TWO SHRIMP, TWO BEEF and just a tad bit more chicken and pork. That was a joke. Very disappointed

I have ate at Chen's for 20 years. However, their food has gone down hill the past several years. The food on the buffet is cold and some of it doesn't taste fresh. The restaurant is outdated and has been the same for years. The waitresses are always attentive and friendly. I used to love coming here, but now it's just different. I will say the green beans are always awesome! I just wish that all of the food was. It's either covered in syrupy sauces that are overly sweet or too greasy. The restaurant is clean, but the bathroom area is weird and dirty.
