Okay, let me just say this: I’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A for years and I know manager material when I see it. And honey, Alan Gamboa? HE. IS. IT.
This man isn’t even a manager (yet!) and he’s already doing manager things. Like??? He steps in when people are slacking, keeps his cool when the lunch rush is insane, and somehow STILL manages to be nice to literally everyone (even the customers who ask for 12 sauces for one nugget). 🙄💅
He’s the type that shows up early, stays late, and actually cares about the job, not just clocking in and out. And don’t even get me started on his work ethic. Alan doesn’t just go the extra mile, he builds the whole highway.
I’ve seen managers with less leadership in their whole body than Alan has in his pinky. Give this man a title, a headset, and some authority already. Trust me, the store would run smoother and morale would skyrocket.
If he’s not manager material, then I don’t know what is. End of story.

The customer service was horrible. We ordered food for 9 people only got food for 7. Then the drink order was totally wrong. The person at counter has no people skills at all

Came in today received cold food told the manager on duty Juan he said it wasn’t cold well he said fries don’t hold their heat. He was very rude and acted like I don’t know what hot food is I promise I wanted to eat my food not have to return it. I wasn’t the only customer that had a complaint as Tristian was on the phone with another customer who had a problem.

This restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the facility is loud because of the cement floors. Our food was very good and arrived without a long wait. Most of the main course meals are very spicy almost too much.

My family has eaten here twice. Once, dine-in on the way back from Thanksgiving and the second time, driving through for dinner vacation. Both times, good food, clean place and friendly staff. Keep it up!!

Visited a view days ago, I am from Houston and wanted a quick bite. Cindy was absolutely wonderful; gave me extra condiments, asked about my day, made me laugh and sent me off back to houston with a wonderful and a great smile!! Great that chick fil a has a wonderful worker :)
