The boy who was taking my order had no idea what a number one was. He asked me three or four times. Am I going to eat there? And I said yes. Finally a girl came in and started arguing with the boy because he gave her the wrong food. Service like this is terrible so I walked out and when I left she was given the manager. The devil and the boy did not care

Everything was great, accept for the older lady at the register in the front. She is so rude! Literally have never seen someone so rude at chick fla! Came Tuesday same lady rude as all get out, today same woman at register and my husband said “that’s the most rude person I have ever seen at chick Fla” and I looked up and it was her! There is no reason in being ugly!! Maybe she needs to find a new job!

Drive thru! No straws for the drinks. No menu offered to see selections. While in line I witnessed 3 cars cut in the drive thru line right before the employees take your order. Horrible drive thru design makes for a terrible experience when people always cut the line.
I have been coming to this location for as long as I can even remember, and within the last several months, they get my order wrong literally every other time I'm there. Which is often. I've tried calling, I've brought it to management's attention, I've asked for refunds, and have gotten nowhere with them. I even had the kids ignore my phone calls one night and let the phone ring a million times back to back, after calling to ask how to get our order fixed that was delivered. This has always been the best Chickfila location I've ever been to, but now I try to go to West Lufkin Chickfila as often as I can, because they never short me or get my order wrong. As someone with food allergies, Chickfila is one of the very few options I have as far as fast food, so unfortunately I'll have to be back. But I will continue to go to the West location as often as I possibly can. I am completely fed up, and super disappointed in the ownership and management team here.
