I shouldn’t have to ever rate a Chick-fil-A so low, but repeating issues of cleanliness shows that this location is in dire need of intervention from their leadership.
This location struggles to maintain cleanliness throughout their lobby. I have spoken with the manager on shift in the past, and action was only taken after I addressed my complaint to them directly. However, these restaurants should maintain cleanliness proactively, rather than reactively.
Failure to maintain a clean restaurant is both a health and safety concern. Individuals could trip on the debris on the floor, or bacteria could be lingering on the table that someone’s arms touch, spreading the bacteria and creating illnesses. This also makes me question the cleanliness of the food preparation areas, which directly impacts the quality of their food.
I have attempted to reach out to the operating partner of this restaurant, but haven’t had luck finding their contact information. Ultimately, I hope they can take corrective action to bring this restaurant up to the cleanliness standards that other Chick-fil-A’s value.

Jose was so helpful for my complicated order and was so friendly definitely turned my frown upside doen
This location horrible, customer service is non existent here. Made a mobile order then went through drive through to pick it up, they gave me my order before I pulled out of parking lot I checked bags and was missing items, went back in side there was 5 employees just standing there talking about their personal business and not even offering to help me or the other 4 people standing there waiting. Once I was helped they just stood there and acted like it wasn’t their fault I was missing items, finally had to make a scene and get upper management to help me. This is probably the fifth time I’ve had to go back inside and get them to correct my orders. The ONLY reason I’m giving it even 2 stars is cause it’s the closest location to my house.

I went through the drive thru just for a drink. The young lady that took my order was super sweet. The Sunjoy was very refreshing.
Sandwich was a bit squashed, ordered no tomatoes and those were on the sandwich. Hot and quick to the table.

Poor customer service , drive thru lines took forever . Cars after us had their order before us . Girl at window brought wrong meal then asked name again . Then brought our food didn’t even acknowledge or say sorry here you go or not even a have a nice day . The loops chick fil a would never .
