Food was surprisingly bad for a chili's. I know they're not known for Michelin star food quality, but are usually consistently average for the price. This was not the case here. Both undercooked and overcooked on multiple dishes. Server talked too much taking orders that they didn't hear two separate requests and proceeded to blame us for her/him not hearing us. Will eat chili's again, just not here again. Never left a bad review until today. And yes it was made known in their survey as well.

Early dinner visit. The food was excellent—absolutely no complaints there. When we arrived, they were playing some pretty loud, pop-style Christmas music, which was a bit much. To their credit, they did turn it down somewhat when asked, and that helped.
Service was decent, though the server could have been a bit more attentive. Our drink order was taken quickly, but we didn’t get another chance to order appetizers separately, so we had to order everything at once. As a result, there wasn’t much time to enjoy the apps before the main courses arrived, which came out fairly quickly.
If I had one real complaint, it would be the cleanliness of the restrooms, which was far below expectations. Overall, though, the food was outstanding and everything else was fine. I’m still giving this a 5 because of the quality of the food, but if there were a 4.5 option, that would probably be more accurate.

The number isn't going through. I ordered a loader mash potato and a loaded mac and cheese. I got 2 orders of mac and cheese one was loaded but no loaded mash potato which I paid extra for.

I’ve always had a great experience here except for yesterday. Juan was GREAT by the way, but the lady who brought out our food was kind of giving us an attitude! Especially after they messed up my order 3 times!! I ordered the triple dipper: big mouth bites no onions, mozzarella sticks, and crispers. How do you mess that up 3 times then have an attitude with me? I was very visibly upset and frustrated that my friend had to ask for my plate to get fixed the last time because I didn’t want to be rude to Juan who was nothing but kind. Genuinely, ruined my mood especially since I was starving!

Have not been to a Chili's in quite a few years because the food was just not very good. Went there for a salad thinking they can't mess that up right? Had a salad which was more than iceberg lettuce- actually included mixed greens, cucumber, ripe cherub tomatoes and good croutons. The cilantro vinegarette dressing is amazing. The baked potato soup was delicious; will decline the stringy cheese they put on top next time. Soup and salad for <$10 was the perfect amount of food and a good price for a meal these days. Seated almost immediately and the Waitress appeared at the perfect time, was friendly, and professional. Like paying at the table when I am ready to with the tabletop computer. Very easy to use. Will definitely go back. Sports games on multiple TVs in bar area.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the steak fajitas were! The single one is enough for 2 people. The margaritas were great and the molten lava cake was amazing! Everyone was very friendly as well. Will return for sure!
