One of our favorite spots to visit in Lufkin! We always enjoy the chips and salsa. And of course, the fried pickles are a must every time. I personally love the little burger bites—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Great food, great atmosphere, and always a great experience!

We ate there for lunch in 6/29/25 @ the service was amazing. We had a new server who repeated our order back to us to ensure accuracy, I could see a good part of the kitchen from my seat, & I was in aww of how clean and organized it was. Didn’t see any servers on their phones in the back, and no one was just standing around. There was a male manager who was very involved in getting the food out fast. The manager stopped by our table to make sure everyone was good, and of course it was. These are just some of the reasons we are repeat customers at this establishment. They really care about their guests experience. Keep it up Lufkin Chilis.

Son took me out for my birthday and we decided on Chili's in Lufkin. Place was typical Chili's and was clean. Staff impressed with not writing down our 6 person order and only made one slipup with my wife's order...was to be barbq bone in wings and brought out boneless but corrected quickly. Had a "drink" as well and it was good. Enjoyed the family time and with no complaints. Place has a variety menu so you'll find something to enjoy easily. Go and enjoy a great night out with family or friends...or a friend.
What you would expect from Chilli's, however this time it was a pick up order and there was no one to assist showing me where to pick up my order. An employee told me to collect from an area so I did and then another employee told me I could not be in that area, SO WHICH IS IT? Usually I am provided okay service never great however this time I regret having visited during my lunch break, first and last time I do.
