Food was surprisingly bad for a chili's. I know they're not known for Michelin star food quality, but are usually consistently average for the price. This was not the case here. Both undercooked and overcooked on multiple dishes. Server talked too much taking orders that they didn't hear two separate requests and proceeded to blame us for her/him not hearing us. Will eat chili's again, just not here again. Never left a bad review until today. And yes it was...

Early dinner visit. The food was excellent—absolutely no complaints there. When we arrived, they were playing some pretty loud, pop-style Christmas music, which was a bit much. To their credit, they did turn it down somewhat when asked, and that helped.

Service was decent, though the server could have been a bit more attentive. Our drink order was taken quickly, but we didn’t get another chance to order appetizers separately, so we had to order everything...

I’ve always had a great experience here except for yesterday. Juan was GREAT by the way, but the lady who brought out our food was kind of giving us an attitude! Especially after they messed up my order 3 times!! I ordered the triple dipper: big mouth bites no onions, mozzarella sticks, and crispers. How do you mess that up 3 times then have an attitude with me? I was very visibly upset and frustrated that my friend had to ask for my plate to get fixed the last time because...
