I am not sure why I never go here but we went today and it was delicious. I love their biscuitsThe lady at the drive through was really nice to us as well as the gentleman who brought out our food to the car. He seemed genuinely concerned that he got all the order right as they just started promoting it today.The only thing I have to say is the location is kind of hard to get to. If it’s more than 3 or so cars they can’t fit in the drive through very wellSo just a bigger churches lolBut I will go back it was very good

On Monday, November 6, 2023, I went to Church's Chicken in Lufkin, Texas and ordered three 2-piece chicken boxes. I wanted individual boxes, that's why I requested 3. The worker quoted me a price that wasn't on the billboard, and proceeded to question what I was saying. Therefore, I informed her that they were doing false advertising, as the outside said $2+. When she bought my order to the window, it was all in one big box. I told her that wasn't what I had ordered, as I wanted individual boxes. She proceeded to tell me that it was all in the box, which included rolls and peppers (not what I ordered). It was obvious that she wanted to argue, (or have the last word). I stopped frequenting this establishment once before, due to issues similar to this. However, this is the first time that a worker wanted to argue. The food isn't that good, as over half the time the chicken isn't done. Once again, I will not return, and will make my friends/family aware of this experience.

Everything about this place is ghetto up to the manager. Every time I went to this restaurant the employees are always fighting with each other. The chicken taste old and cold. And the employees are giving all the food away to the friends for free. This is the most ghetto restaurant in Lufkin Texas.
Churches Chicken in Lufkin is best in the area. The chicken is always fresh and crispy. The okra and bomber are made to order and ohhh sooo good. Service is always great!

God forbid you show up to the drive thru a FULL HOUR before closing they will just ignore you. My first time having Church's in years and I didn't even get to try it because they just didn't wanna serve or even tell us they're closed. Place needs a turnover YESTERDAY.
