There was no pizza when we arrived and then it was hot in there. They had no AC it was that way five years ago and they still don't have ac. Bad management when you can't keep pizza out and have your customers burn up.

I placed an order online, 4 pizzas. The Xl Alfredo wasn't any bigger than the large and cost 3 bucks more. The pizza itself was so thick of dough it was literally not good. There were bubbles all over it and one slice was doughy. It was gross. The next pizza I ordered was a black olive pizza and half with pepperoni. I opened the box in the parking lot and there was no black olives. I went inside and told the girl and she said "we don't have black olives" I replied "oh, well it let me put them as a topping online" she then said "we have them we're just out!" And was yelling at me. I don't work there I don't know whay your out of. So then I said "you didn't even tell us that when we picked up the pizza " she had the biggest attitude and all I asked was a freaking question. That front girl needs more training or she needs to go to a different job. The pizza was definitely not good like usual cicis pizza. Beware when placing online orders and the rude girl up front.

-Eating here will show you how optimistic and resilient all the children in town are.
-There is usually one fresh hot option that's good if you wait patiently by the buffet line, move quickly, and have an open mind about toppings.
Cons: -The counters and surfaces are 'continuously' spot cleaned in a way that is alarming and surreal.
-Almost every game machine is out of order so no kids played when I was there.
-No chocolate sauce pizza.
I liked this place when I was a kid. As a parent, I feel like I let my children down by bringing them here. I can't believe I told my kids this place would be fun. I suspect it's the owner's management of the facility which most influences the operating standards. I walked in optimistic and left regretting spending any time or $ here. My kids don't want to go back and now mistrust my suggestions.

Disappointing…I know Cici’s has been going downhill since the pandemic but I think this one is about to hit the bottom. When I lived in East Texas this was one of the best Cici’s. But I stopped on the way through Lufkin today and it wasn’t a great experience. Between the little bits of pizza on the different trays there was not enough to make a full pizza. There was no pasta the whole time I was there. The only reason I gave two stars is because when pizza came out it was good quality. If only the service could match the quality.
Waited the amount of time the online order told me to and then waited an additional 10 minutes before I got to the store ones I arrived the employee looked worried and told me it would be an additional 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready (it took and additional 30 min)and on top of that I was lied and told there where to many online orders while I was the only customer waiting for an online order and after about 20 minutes another person arrived after me to only have to wait for there’s as well I’m pretty sure the same amount of time I had to wait it would have been okay I get people make mistakes and over look but I do not appreciate being lied to like that i would never go there again

Freshest and fast service i have ever had at a cici's. The pizza was fresh and cheesy, and they had several unique combos I've never seen before. Very creative and all the flavors worked. I did not eat a single slice of a pizza I had ever tried before and I went back for fourths. Staff was friendly and spoke to me several times to make sure I was having a good experience, the table was cleared every time we finished our plates, and every time I went up to buffet area they asked if I'd like to order anything special. The manager was very welcoming and professional. I've heard alot of gossip around town but honest I could not recommend enough.

So, I went here with my dad as a tradition, I used to go here when I was younger we were thinking “let’s try CiCis pizza again!” This sadly has been the first time it sucked. Before the remodel, every was amazing. So firstly we had two teenagers screaming random TikTok trends. We had two employees on standby. One of their hats said “Go F yourself.” We had two pizzas on standby and it was the cheese and no ketchup cheese. The noodles were out the entire time. “All you can eat buffet” turned into “pick this one and eat it buffet” Just please CiCis, get more employees and more chefs and this place would be so much better. Thank you.
