After reading previous reviews, I was really hesitant to try Cici's. Let me just tell you, over all I was pleasantly surprised. They ran out of ice, but fixed it quickly. Lots of hot fresh pizza options. One member of our party even requested a specific pizza and they made it for the bar. The salad bar was lacking, but they filled it quickly. Some of the games weren't working, but the kids still had fun. The cinnamon rolls were delicious! Based on the previous reviews...

We were here for a later lunch (2 pm). No pizzas were on the line. Employees were walking around doing nothing. No interaction or acknowledgement of customers like they could care less if they get your repeat business. \nGo somewhere, anywhere else.

Freshest and fast service i have ever had at a cici's. The pizza was fresh and cheesy, and they had several unique combos I've never seen before. Very creative and all the flavors worked. I did not eat a single slice of a pizza I had ever tried before and I went back for fourths. Staff was friendly and spoke to me several times to make sure I was having a
good experience, the table was cleared every time we finished our plates, and every time I went up to buffet...
