Met up for our ten year anniversary from graduation and it was super chill. I'm a Cheddars fan but this is my second so sorry for not 5 stars, but I gotta reserve that for Cheddars.

Extremely slow service. Food tasted like it had been warmed up. 35 minutes lapsed from time of ordering till we were served.
Food was burnt,and took 40 minutes to get. The hostess would not give my wife a lunch menu even though it was 11 am. Sorry to see how this place is going down. And yes we talked with the general manager

Upon entering, no hostess was at desk... waited several minutes until our server, Chevy, seated us. During that wait, two employees walked by and didn't acknowledge us. Chevy was very pleasant. We had Uncle Herchels and Grandmas Pancakes. I had the chicken strips and didn't like them. A weird wetness to the meat. Grits were runny. Biscuits good. Hubby liked his pancakes. He requested poached eggs but was advised they don't poach eggs. Overall, disappointing experience. Music too loud. Fireplace full blast and giving off a gas smell.

Good food, slow but friendly service. We were there at a slow time and near closing.

Waited an hour and didn't get our food. The waite staff did tell us it was delayed but after waiting approximately an hour we notified the staff we were leaving and left.

Food was not too good grits and gravy sub- par on this day. We have not been too happy with CB their food has not been good on several visits at different locations. Taking a break from eating here.

Slow and lackadaisical service. Sections of the food was cold. I haven't eaten at a cracker barrel in two years and based on this experience I won't anytime soon.
