We had to request a lot of stuff like napkins biscuits and jelly, and also extra syrup twice and coffee refilled, but now she didn’t have a problem giving us our ticket and we don’t know how she has three stars because she didn’t do what we asked a lot and we don’t really want to go to Cracker Barrel again

We showed up 45 minutes before closing, there was no one else in the place and you could tell they were cleaning up...I felt bad but sometimes you just need a chicken pot pie and a chicken fried steak! Our waitress was AWESOME. Food was good, and everyone was pleasant. Really great dining experience!

When I tried calling to speak to a manager not one was available to talk to me. I’m sick to my stomach!! It’s 5 pm don’t think managers are too busy to answer my calls! Yes I said calls because I called twice and still didn’t get one on the phone! I was asked to leave a message even after I told the 2 different ladies that answered my calls.

Vegetables bland and soggy. Beef was average for CB. Overall food quality really needs improvement. Your standards are slipping, do not be complacent.
The food came out all seperate and not your full order. So had to eat things as they came out instead of a a whole meal. We had to remind the waitress what we ordered. Will not be coming here again.

This is our halfway stop from Houston to Tyler. They have clean restrooms, great and affordable food and snacks for the trip. My little saves her money to look at all their goodies on display. We love Cracker Barrel!
