On 7/13/22 @ 1:29pm, we were ordering 2 large blizzards and kids meal. They only had 2 flavors available from what was on the menu. The little young girls are new and suck at customer service. We use to go here all the time when it was bright and beautiful. Now its dark and dull. The Customer service sucks so bad they lost our service and will not come here anymore. We came at least 3 times a week! We will make the extra drive to the other locations.

Tried to give this specific DQ two tries. First time, I got a medium Dirt Pie. It was not mixed all the way and was disappointed when half of my chocolate blizzard was straight vanilla. I thought maybe it's because I got such a large size. So I went back again and got a mini, still halfway down the cup I got straight vanilla. I also ordered a burger with no mayo or mustard...they gave it to me with nothing but cheese on it, when it's supposed to have lettuce pickles tomatoes. I then went to Huntington DQ and got their dirt pie, which was chocolate all the way through. Someone teach them how to make blizzards please.

I just went to get a blizzard and the website says they close at 11pm. The time is currently 10:40pm. Located in Lufkin TX. They did not answer nor tell us they were closed. We were not served.

Waited in drive thru line about 7-8 minutes before getting to speaker to order. There were 3 cars in front of us when we got there. No one ever came on the speaker to take our order so we pulled up to the window assuming the speaker was broken. There were three women working that we could see. One was making something for a customer, one had a broom and was sweeping, and the other one was just standing there talking to the one sweeping. No one ever came to the window to take our order or to tell us they would be with us in a minute. After waiting 5 more minutes, we just left. There were 5 cars in line behind us. Won't be back!

This is the quickest DQ we have ever been to. We received our food after filling up four cups with drinks and sitting down. Usually DQ's take at least 10 minutes or more until your food comes out.The drink machine is touch screen with crushed ice. I got an extra chicken strip in my box. The burgers were good. They were out of onions when we came, but they came out to tell us that they didn't have any onions and asked if we wanted to order something else or if it was okay.The staff was friendly towards us and you could hear them constantly laughing and interacting with each other in the back kitchen enjoying each others company. Anytime customers came in the staff would all would greet them.

Its completely changed since I worked there mostly for the better but the wait time for your food has gone up a bit but so has the food quality so its a double edge blade

The employees here were amazing. Dairy Queen in general is waaaay too expensive ($10 for 4 steak fingers and fries?!?), but this location was wonderful .
We were traveling through town and my family of 5 stopped for food and ice cream. The staff was very nice, the food was delicious. I got a recommendation from one of the staff and it was delicious!!

Very disappointed in this little meal that cost $10! When I called and explained to her my daughter had dropped it off she told me I could save it until tomorrow and bring it back up to Dairy Queen are you serious? And I live within a mile of Dairy Queen I ate there a lot exactly a t e there the manager was very rude and was not understanding about Transportation at the moment I have tried to make myself call back up there because who doesn't love Dairy Queen? And I just feel like that was wrong. No one's reached out and nobody's try to talk to me and I imagine the same managers there! Sorry really no Stars!

I ordered 3 items through door dash. 1 was right. What ended up being delivered was a really horrible iced coffee, a banana shake, and a butterfinger blast. What I ordered was a reeses blast, mocha moolate, and a banana shake.

iv been waiting for an hr. when they gave my drink it was covered with coke and they dident even clean it. handed to me all soken wet. my strips are cold and frys are not cooked all the way
