A couple days ago we had a kids birthday party and I placed a big order online. A few minutes after I placed the order, I believe the guys name was Ralph, called me and asked if I needed the food right then or at a later time because he didn’t want the food to be cold or dried out. I really appreciate that Ralph!!
I usually dont leave very much detail about my ratings, but I think this deserves the attention. I recently made an online order at this domino's and picked it up without any delays. The guy at the window was very polite and professional. My only issue was that I didn't check my order before leaving, so I didn't realize one of the pizzas I received was the wrong one until I got home (which is about a 40 mile drive from that store). I didn't call and complain....
