I absolutely love this Dunkin Donuts very clean the customer service is outstanding and the food and coffee is delicious. I am so glad they opened in Lufkin.

Came twice now to get a halloween bucket. They didn't have them the first time and the second time they lost the lids and refused to sell the bucket without a lid. We ended up still getting the donut holes and they were not really frosted. We got dry bread basically. I'll go to Shipleys instead.

I did a mobile order and when I got to the window I asked for a cup holder and the girl at the window immediately rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. Gave me my drinks in the holder and I couldn’t even put the drinks on my seat before she hands the bag outside and immediately says have a good day and shuts the window. Rude and just not how you should treat customers.

I went to this Lufkin Baskin Robbins (08/31/24) around 2:30ish PM with my husband and two young, rowdy boys. Quinton was who assisted us. He had a great and inviting smile. He was efficient, patient with my small kids and made it a great experience. Genuinely great customer service is becoming a rarity and deserves to be praised when you see it. I saw it Saturday. The website doesn't recognize the store number so this was the only way I could brag on him. Thank you for the great experience, Quinton!

Go almost every day. Today, coffee was good. The sandwich I got was awful. Bread wasn't even toasted. Just pre-cooked egg and sausage slapped on un-toasted sourdough bread. Rather disappointed

FAVORITE COFFEE & AVOCADO TOAST!!!!! An iced Dunkings is delicious and inexpensive! The avocado toast is fresh and perfectly spiced!! I looove it as a treat from me to me!!! :-) And if you have the pleasure of talking with Barista Natasha - SHE IS AMAZING, too!!! She is knowledgeable and so sweet! This is one of my favorite places in Lufkin!
