Ordered a cake for my birthday, and at pickup it looked great. However, they misspelled my name. Very simple, common-spelling name. Staff confirmed they were given the right spelling. The real kicker is, they would not fix it because the decorator isn’t in on Saturday’s. No compensation either, and the cake was ~ $125. Unacceptable service. I guess don’t order cakes for pickup on Saturdays, because they will not fix anything if it’s wrong.

All I can say is just look at the photos. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...They are dedicated to your vision and they will do anything to make it happen .... they will execute every time!! Thank you!! I will highly recommend Grandough Baking Co to anyone looking to elevate their event with a variety of Sweets & Treats. I drive 1hr 10 mins just to buy 4 cupcakes sometimes. I don't like sweets but I love theirs. Thank you all again

Met the owners as they were traveling and stopped where I work for auto repairs. Very friendly and a joy to talk to. Two weeks later, a package arrived with my name on it. Gingerbread cookies, pumpkin bread and banana nut bread. All delicious! How do you get a cookie crisp on the outside, yet chewy and moist in the middle? Perfect! Thanks guys!

Clean, friendly, and comfortable, but the best part is the coffee and baked goods. Cafe Americano was among the best I have ever had as was the cherry turn-over! Do recommend.

My wife dropped in this morning to pick up a dessert for her birthday and was greatly surprised when she went to the counter to pay for it. My wife told the Grandough team member that it was her birthday. Then the team member said that someone else wanted to pay for the dessert and went and got what looked like a gift card off the wall... anyways, it was a real blessing and something my wife will never forget. Thank you for making her 49th so unforgettable!

Good Friday of this year was the first time that I’ve ever purchased from Grandough. I purchased an Easter cake and a mini chocolate chip Easter egg cake and they were both beyond amazing! Both cakes were very moist and the icing is delicious. I will definitely be purchasing from Grandough in the future!
