I’ve been going to this establishment since the previous owner. I love the food and their service; however, today I had a bad experience with one of the waitresses. When I first arrived I was greeted by the manager and one more employee. They have a nice sense of humor and made me feel welcomed. When my waitress brought my drinks I told her I was ready to order and she said “give me a minute” which turned into approximately a 10 minute wait. She only had my table and one more table. During those 10 minutes all she did was roamed around everywhere else except her area. I politely asked another waitress if she could get my waitress because I was ready. Our waitress then walks by and loudly interchanges words with the other waitresses saying; “ if they in a rush they can go somewhere else.” Shortly after, I asked to pay for the drinks I had consumed and left.Honestly lack of respect for her customers on her side. I get it when a customer is mean to the employees but on this case all I asked was for my waitress attention. I’m not going to make the place look bad over one employee either. She was probably having a bad day but still no reason to treat your customers poorly. Thank you!

Ordered eggs Benedict it was supposed to come with two and only came with one and what was essentially a hard poached egg? The hollandaise sause has zero flavor. And the waitress who didnt even introduce herself kept trying to correct my wifes order. All ihops we have been too recently have been terrible to be fair we just remember this one being decent.

They brought out half of my order to get cold while waiting on the remainder. I asked for wifi code and the waiter grabs my phone and walks off with it. The food is overpriced. 3 eggs,2 bacon, HB, 1 toast and a single waffle should not cost 28$ ! I will eat elsewhere.

Havnt been there in two years. Bathrooms always nasty dirty. For $17 1 got I little nothing burger two small pancakes. It cost $350 with the tax for coffee . What a rip off. Never again . No wonder places going out business. Worst nasty burger in my life.
