Never in all my years have I had this happen to me. I ordered a burger, got to work, only to realize they didn't give me the bun. I had to by my own freaking hamburger bun. Who does that? In what world is that even remotely okay? Never going to Jack in the Box again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru around 4:30am on January 7th 2025. The employee told me they was not taking orders at that time. Don't understand why they are a 24 hour store.

For a business too treat a customer that comes here everyday for lunch the way I got treated tonight is unacceptable. Everytime I come here they mess something in my order up and it's getting ridiculous. Management needs too have a talk with all there employees on the way the speak and look at there customers .poor customer service ,don't recommend

place an online order, show up and nobody will answer at the speaker or at the window. had to call the store to be able to get served. waited over 30 mins for service and food to be done. how hard is it to give good customer service??

Stopped by for my 6 y/o granddaughter after running errands. We ordered to go and she at all her hamburger, so it must of been good
Imagine my shock when I bit into my burger and there was a plastic bread tab in it. I can excuse things being made wrong, but non food stuff being in my food stuff? No thanks! Will not be coming back!

I love the tiny tacos when they actually have the nacho cheese on it. Not only that, I asked for extra nacho cheese on my tiny tacos willingly to pay the price. I have tried to contact the store, I called a few times so they can fix it, no one answered I just wanted my extra nacho cheese on the tiny tacos. My tacos are dry barely any cheese on it honestly..

For some reason employees at Jack In The Box have stopped putting sauce in the tacos. Seems like employees need to be retrained how to do their job
Ordered a jr BACON cheese burger and an ultimate BACON cheese burger...didn't get the bacon. Not only that lol..looks like they gave me 2 bottom buns. (Only posting my jr bacon)
