Cashier was nice. Restrooms were filthy & dining area needed cleaning. I ordered food for 3 people and were served 1 portion at a time. Service was horrible & way too slow not to mention chicken nuggets were cold(yet that was the last item we received) & egg rolls burnt.

My go to is the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger combo. But lately the family has discovered the Sourdough grilled Cheese and I can't drive by a Jack in the Box without having to stop. My Family Loves them. My wallet definitely loves them. Store was clean and cool. Everyone was so friendly and upbeat.

From my experience around 12 am 5-20-25 this establishment had some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my long years of going to fast food restaurants. This use to be one of my favorite go-to fast food places in Lufkin TX but I have most definitely reconsidered that. I won't be back for quite some time due to the leadership staff (male manager) and another employee (female) at this place. 1 star only because my food was hot.
