I honestly expected way better than this. I ordered food from Jack in the Box and when I got it, it was cold—not “sat for a minute” cold, but clearly not freshly made cold. Fries were limp and sad, and the main item tasted like it had been forgotten on a counter somewhere.
What made it worse was how bare everything was. No effort, no care—just slapped together and sent out. Bare toppings, barely seasoned, barely warm. If you’re paying for fast food, the least they can do is make it hot and actually assembled like someone cared for 30 seconds.
This wasn’t just a bad meal, it felt rushed and careless. I’m giving 2 stars only because it was technically edible, but that’s a very low bar. Definitely not worth the money or the disappointment, and I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Used to be our favorite “fastfood” spot but every single time we go now, there’s an issue…Cold food, fries taste like they got cold and were refried. Meat patties are NOT fresh. Never know what size cup you’re going to get. List goes on. Probably why the one in Nac closed. Incompetent workers, bad food.

They seemed short handed. One person working drive thru & front counter during lunch rush. Napkin dispenser empty. Drink dispenser empty except 3 options. But the food was good & service was friendly.

Cashier was nice. Restrooms were filthy & dining area needed cleaning. I ordered food for 3 people and were served 1 portion at a time. Service was horrible & way too slow not to mention chicken nuggets were cold(yet that was the last item we received) & egg rolls burnt.

My go to is the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger combo. But lately the family has discovered the Sourdough grilled Cheese and I can't drive by a Jack in the Box without having to stop. My Family Loves them. My wallet definitely loves them. Store was clean and cool. Everyone was so friendly and upbeat.
