For almost 4 yrs now I have visited Java Jacks in Lufkin and had nothing but sweet friendly people and hot awesome breve coco loco every day! Delaney the mgr is kind to her staff, the customers and even the griping weird people I see ahead of me in line. I get a smile and they make you feel like you are at home! Best place to go after a rough vet visit, when your pet is angry at you for getting her vaccinated. I get a raspberry mocha or nutty Irishman, and Junie gets a large pup cup that she devours in under five minutes. I'm still not forgiven but at least I can drink my mocha while she sulks.

I love the staff here! Every time I go, the service is quick and the team just really seems to be enjoying their job. My dog loves to go for the pup cup too! 🐾❤️

I have experience working as a barista and all I have to say is yikes. The espresso in our drinks tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I can confirm this id true by how fast our drinks were made as well. I understand moving with urgency, but when you're sacrificing product quality it's questionable. The service was iffy as well as we were not greeted or felt welcome. We pulled in and instantly felt unwelcome by the judgmental glances we got from the baristas. To an extent we felt almost as if we were not welcomed there and I could not help but feel as if it was almost a little racist as me and my friends are from different parts of Latin America and Spain while all the workers during the time we were there were white. The environment was nice and clean except the bathroom. Would love to give it another try, but for the foreseeable future I don't think we will.

I had never been there and I’m not very coffee savvy, but the nice young lady at the window asked me what my preferred tastes were, fixed me up with a crème brulee, and told me if I didn’t like it she’d fix me something different. And that cinnamon scone was top tier 🤌🏻

We love visiting Java Jacks when we drive through Lufkin but I feel like the quality for their blended matcha has gone down so much. The drink tasted like watery milk and barely any matcha flavor. I wanted to go back to have it remade but my BF did not want to. In the past, the matchas were fine and they would ask us about whether we wanted it sweetened or not. We normally do not get it sweetened but this time we did not get asked at all. Very disappointing.My Snickers latter was good and I love their variety of flavors for coffee. I just don’t think we will stop by for matchas here.

The coffee shop was very nice,cute, and calm. I loved the service they were very nice and got the job done quick. They as well had free Wi-Fi, spots to charge your devices, and bored games for kids, so over all it was amazing!

Update 2024: Always amazing service! Teigan was extremely helpful.Amazing service. I love the white mocha and my toddlers love their blueberry muffins! ? My puppy even got a free doggy treat! ?
