Java Jacks Coffee House

If you really like warm water with a little bit of milk in it, you'll probably like this place. I really judge a coffee place on how well they can do two things; and chai latte and a simple coffee. Both earned this place two stars, so do with that what you will.

The food options are terrible. I got a turkey sandwich with onions. I thought the onions would be grilled but they were the white onions - just overpowering. Oh, I asked for tomato’s and they were forgotten. ;/ Please bring the paninis from the Nac menu!!

Their coffee is just done right-smooth, beans not overly bitter or burnt, beautiful aroma and the acidity, simply perfect. The place is so good, we always make it a rest stop when visiting family.

Coffee was good but waited 20 minutes for a spicy pig sandwich. Cherry on top was i paid extra for egg and guess what was forgotten? The egg! 🤷🏻‍♂️

An employee of this establishment has been harassing a member of my family for going on a year, even going so far as to follow them in public and approach them in a threatening manner. The owners are aware and have done nothing. Being that this is a family owned establishment in a small community, it’s important that others are aware who they are giving their business to.
Also their coffee sucks.

Variety of options offered outside of caffeinated beverages. They do also offer hot and cold beverages in an array of choices and combinations. Drive thru available. Call in orders also available. The customer service however is unmatched and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. Parking not the best depending on the time but still maneuverable.

Coffee was just okay. My iced coffee had a lot of cream but not much coffee taste. The manager or owner was overly nice, but waitstaff seemed irritated. I probably wouldn't go back unless I had to.

I ordered a French vanilla Frappuccino with a shot of espresso and it tasted like water

Oh hell yeah. Wonderful experience. Good coffee. And I’m a real aficionado of coffee. I recommend this place.

Great Coffee and the staff is wonderful

Such an awesome local coffee shop in Lufkin. The Latte Lia is huge and they are all so tasty. The fresh baked treats are phenomenal. Kylie and Ryan were in here serving IT up with a smile. Great suggestions and great customer service. Love IT

Coffee and service are second to none, however the AC being out made having coffee with a friend pretty uncomfortable while inside. It felt like having coffee outside. Hopefully they fix it soon.
