I just came and purchased a 12pc family meal crispy the chicken had absolutely NO SEASONING and the chicken was very dry. This KFC needs a new cook or something I want a refund. How are y'all suppose to be finger licking good but y'all are serving people chicken with no seasoning

I'm not sure when KFC became stingy with their food, I just went through the drive thru and got 2 famous bowls.....why do the bowls only have 5 tiny pieces of chicken bites in it? I literally paid 14 dollars for 10 tiny pieces of chicken a few kernels of corn and a big ass bowl of mashed potatoes. KFC what's really going on?

If I can give KFC drive thru a zero star I would, I just drove up to the drive thru and I ordered two piece meal with macaroni and cheese, cole slaw and drink, I get home, openrd the box instead of cole slaw, there was potatoes and grave in the box

Horrible service , rude staff and food almost always either very undercooked or dried out old not fresh and order frequently incorrect. Size of chicken is very small. Over all very disappointing compared to other KFC locations like Splendora Tx which is fabulous in both food and service . In fairness this Lufkin location gets it right every once in about 10 orders or at least that has been my experience. The only consistent thing about them is the poor quality .
I was in the drive-thru so I didn't go inside. An hour before closing there was no tea made, sweet or unsweetened. They had to check and see if they had any white meat left. Of the two combos ordered, they got one right. The 2 piece had a wing and a breast, which was correct. On the 3 piece, I asked for a wing, a leg, and a breast. I got home and it had 3 thighs inside. I don't eat dark meat, so much for eating the chicken tonight. Tried to call the number at the location no person answered, and the voicemail is full so no messages can be left. Also whenever I picked up the chicken in the box to check my hand was covered in grease.

Was fresh hot..and was nice ..butt front lady waited on us was on phone whole time taking order .but place was clean and food was great
Placed and PAID for an online order only to arrive to the store to be told that they were out of most of the items ordered. Tried to speak with manager at store, but she couldn't speak any english! Called customer service to process refund and talked to 2 ladies from the PHILLIPINES who could not process the refund because the store had not closed out the order. Was asked to call back in 30 minutes to try again. I will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow. This has been the absolute most ridiculous experience we have ever had at any establishment.
