Nac location will not take your order if it’s anytime near closing. They will make you sit there and close up even while looking directly at you. I showed up at 7:45 and they close at 8. I honked twice. Looked at me but didn’t even bother with taking my order. I’d understand if I showed up at 7:55 but it doesn’t take 15 minutes to make one snowcone.

Not sure if he was an employee or not but I'm there was someone in there just playing on his phone while I was sitting at the order window waiting for someone to come. We had made eye contact a few times and he didn't do anything.
The other one made the order as fast as they could after taking it but the gentleman sitting on the freezer never lifted a finger to help
