I have always liked la Unicas food. Went there today at the la Unica express and what a disappointment. There was a huge line up right up to the street on the drive thru,so I decided to go in maybe faster? I put in my order,and waited,3 guys come in put their order in and left before me,meanwhile the drive thru cars are gone. I get my food and asked for extra red sauce,OMG,it was water with a pinch of red pepper I guess,it was just watery with no flavor. They can keep their crappy food and crappy customer service because I’m not going back there.
I’m changing my review after Speaking to Marta the owner of la unica express and she was so nice and told me she’s going to check out what’s going on. I hope she does,than I’ll go back.

I come here almost everyday for lunch and have never been charged for sour cream now today some girl with glasses charged me , that's fine I told her and paid my ,35 cents 😆

I've been coming through here for years and I'm TIRED of getting the wrong items. The food is good but I've routinely been given something I didn't order. Burrito with cheese when I asked for no cheese. 2 burritos when I ordered 3. A side of charro beans when I asked for refried beans. No drink when I ordered one. I know they work hard and mostly do a good job but its frustrating to drive away and not have what I ordered to feed my family. Why can't you read the order back to ensure we're both on the same page?

Paid $21 for chicken fajitas which I felt was average. Everything on my plate was cold. Nothing was fresh. Chips were cold and over cooked. I won't be eating there again.

very well-run small business. You should come here. I particularly recommend their tamales and fajita plates. Very tasty stuff! It makes a nice treat :)
