Waited over 30 minutes for 3 pizzas. Got the wrong pizza and the pizza was cold when brought to the car. Very disappointed!

I absolutely love Little Caesars. They have super cheap pizzas. These are so awesome. The wife and I tried that pretzel Pizza that they have, stuffed crust pretzel Pizza. I mean they ain't lying about on the commercial, it is the goat. That pizza there was way better than I expected. If you haven't gotten to it yet I recommended to try it

Two different times within 6 months I took a chance and ordered Pizza Bites from the location on the loop and both times the pepperoni was so overcooked it was brittle. The crust was dark brown as well.

My husband and I were excited to try the $6.99 Pretzel crust pizza. We loved the flavor, but we were very disappointed as to how thin the middle of the pizza was. It was almost paper thin. Not something I'd risk again.

We went through the drive through about 12:45 pm on Sunday and inquired on what was ready. We bought two pepperoni pizzas, Italian breadsticks (pizza sauce NOT included), and BBQ wings. We have eaten here before and the food was fresh and good however this time, we couldn’t even eat one of the pizzas because it was so hard. Like it had been made and put in warmer WAY TOO LONG! The other pizza purchased was dry and a little hard but we could heat it to be able to eat it. We were very disappointed with our order this time.

They decided to add black olives instead of my requested jalapenos to my pizza. Not cool , we HATE black olives.
The service is great and i like the people that work there but seriously? Is it too much to ask to season ALL OF MY FOOD?? I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail i order more than 1 Pepperoni crazy puff they leave one box practically raw and uncooked without any seasoning and completely greaseless. Idk who in the back it is but istg its on sight wit you

Ordered online for a company lunch at 10am, & prepaid, for 11:30. Got there at 11:33 & it still wasn't ready. They asked me pull around front and they would bring it out to me. At 11:50 I had to go in and cancel & get a refund.

Went to pick up 2 pizzas 15 minutes after they were called in and was told it would be another 10 minutes. 20 MINUTES later I walked back inside and asked for my food that they couldn't even find and had to spend a few more minutes looking for. One pizza was over-cooked and the other cold and falling apart. This was ridiculous. Definitely not worth almost $30.
