Ordered online for a company lunch at 10am, & prepaid, for 11:30. Got there at 11:33 & it still wasn't ready. They asked me pull around front and they would bring it out to me. At 11:50 I had to go in and cancel & get a refund.

Went to pick up 2 pizzas 15 minutes after they were called in and was told it would be another 10 minutes. 20 MINUTES later I walked back inside and asked for my food that they couldn't even find and had to spend a few more minutes looking for. One pizza was over-cooked and the other cold and falling apart. This was ridiculous. Definitely not worth almost $30.

It has been multiple times now that I have called to reserve a hot and ready pizza and every time I come in they are out and have to make it. It wouldn't be so bad if they started making it when I originally called, but I can show up 20 mins later and they haven't started on it.

I just went through the drive-through here I ordered online and I used the 599 deal for two topping pizza I ordered beef and pepperoni and they called me and said they were out of beef which I was fine with, but they asked me if there was anything else that I wanted to replace it with and I said bacon and I picked up my pizzas and it’s just a pepperoni pizza kind of disappointed just because what’s the whole point in that kind of deal if I’m just going to get a basic pepperoni pizza.
