Was told a time frame, wasn’t ready till over 30 minutes after. When I spoke to the cashier about what I was told I was told “Oh that’s there problem making the food.” No ma’am. You told me a time frame. Gave you some wiggle room even. I know how it can be in food service, but you don’t tell a customer that. Short a bread stick with no sauce I paid for. I hate to do reviews, but this really got to me. Other folks in the waiting area were not happy either when they heard the cashier tell me that.

So I literally just left this place at 7:00pm on June 13th 2025. 1 person inside and 2 cars in drive through. My little hotbox order was ready without any sauces and wrong toppings. I stood patiently waiting in the lobby to address this issue, whilst the girls in the back stared at me with open mouths, looking confused. Not even a single word greeting.
This place is run by people who obviously don't want to work, so I will obviously take my business elsewhere.

They charge me nine dollars for a sausage pizza, but there’s hardly any sausage on my pizza. It was a cheese pizza basically your claim is supposed to be hot and ready, but I always have to wait
Waited 30 minutes so I expected a hot fresh pizza right?? Wrong my pizza was barely warm and tasted as if it was reheated in a microwave then handed to me.. really disappointed it's usually always good from this location.. not tonight.
the food here is good, everytime we’ve come we haven’t had a problemHOWEVER today we came about an hour before they close (ik a little late but i had worked and just need something easy) so we went through the drive thru and order “the crazy cheese bread or whatever and a hot and ready” the boy at the window told us our total and when we asked if he wants us to pull around he was a little rude but it was late. then we saw our order on the counter and it was not the right bread( we wanted the crazy bread that comes in the box and this bread was in the bag) so before they brought it out to the car my fiance went in to ask them if it was ours and to tell them that they had mistakenly made the wrong bread. they proceeded to argue with us about that this bread was basically the same and how they weren’t gonna make us THE BREAD WE ORDERED. i haven’t had any other problems with the store before this and wouldn’t have made a big deal if they hadn’t had argued then denied us the food all because they didn’t want to and were too lazy. and when the pizza was brought out to us it was cold.

The guys at this location near Walmart in Lufkin, were on point. There was a short delay in getting our order due to high customer volume. I was told up front about it and given the option to wait and they would bring it out, which they did. I forgot to ask for an extra marinara sauce and when I went in to buy it and the young man told me it was comped for the wait. I really appreciated that and the wait really wasn't too long. Great job guys!

The service here is great! This is a super busy location, so more often than not, I have to wait. But the employees are really nice, and always try to get my order out as fast as possible. As such, the food is always fresh. So having to wait 10/15 minutes isn't a huge deal. The employees are doing a great job at making customers want to come back!

Amazing, I ate here once the other day and fell in love, went through the drive through and had a nice young man help me, even though it seemed to be busy, he took no time to take my order and got everything right, he had the pizzas out almost instantly, he even waved at my dog I had with me and told me said he loved my dog also one of the quickest stops I have ever made, went through the drive through two minutes later I was out and on the road back home
