Went at 4. Wednesday. NY strip was so salty meranade that I felt sick when I left. Corn was dried out like it had been sitting warming all day. Service fine. Spent 140 with tip for 2 rib eye 1 ny strip and 6 Oz sirloin. Robbery. I would had rather gone elsewhere. Crossing off my list, again. Tired of giggling workers and bad food.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Server (name was Ashton if I’m correct.) Greeted us and then completely ignored us and I mean completely. It took the manager coming over and giving us the food we waited 45 mins for, for him to even come back up to us and try and help???? What kind of service is that??? The restaurant was almost completely empty too so it wasn’t like he was busy at all. Food was ok, they got my father’s order wrong but he was just so sick of waiting 45 mins for a simple burger to even try and fix it. Thank you to the nice lady that gave us our food and tried to help us because our server clearly doesn’t know how to server.

I used to work at this place and man let me tell you about management. So a few months we had a change in management. Our amazing general manager Mrs Mellisa left the store and we got stuck with our kitchen manager as our new general manager Mrs Gabby Smith . Now I had high hopes for Mrs smith considering she never once held the General manager position before and 90% percent of the current employees doubted her ability to manage the store. Boy was everyone right about her not being able to manage a store. Y’all ever heard of the character “homelander” well the way she carries herself at that store is just like “homelander”. The constant complaining about the lack of respect she gets when she never once gave her employees respect to begin with. The fake promises to employees or the wrongful terminations she had along the way. Mrs Smith was never meant to run that store and her employees will tell her why. And honestly kinda feel sorry for her husband as well because if she acts the way she does at the house then I know he’s living in hell. Now that will end my Gabby rant!!! Now Mr Jayden is another manager there and honestly I like Jayden so if you see this Mr Jayden I hope you do great things. Same for Mrs heather I hope you do well as well. Thank you so much for allowing me to type this lovely review and I hope to see “no chin” Megan again one day!!!

Food was good, service slow. Waitress was very good. Have not been lately, no more peanuts to eat while waiting. Had fried chicken tenders and mesquite grilled chicken. Free rolls for appetizers, all good. The rice was sticky and salty, don’t recommend. Loaded sweet potato was good.

I just got told I couldn't add a shot of tequila to a weak-ass margarita. Said it was against the rules of their liquor license. I WON'T BE BACK. I've been a loyal customer since before Texas Roadhouse moved in across the highway. I know for a fact, I can get an extra shot at Texas Roadhouse. Now I know why their parking lot is always empty.

Hostess and waitress were very friendly. Food was ok. My problem is that I was charged $7.50 for my peach tea! I ordered the steak special that includes a drink which is regularly $3.50. Because I ordered a flavored tea and they put it in a cheap plastic cup they charged me another $4 without telling me and refused to take it off my bill. Bad customer service!

Disappointing Steak and Bland Flavors I recently dined at Logan's Roadhouse and was thoroughly disappointed with my meal.
I ordered a ribeye steak, hoping for a flavorful and juicy experience. However, what arrived was far from appetizing. The steak had a weird grey color on the outside, and the meat itself was off-color as well. It was utterly flavorless and tasted as if it had been boiled before being quickly charred for the appearance of being grilled. There was no discernible seasoning, and the overall taste was incredibly bland. I couldn't believe how terrible the steak was. To make matters worse, it was so tough that I wore my jaw out trying to chew it.
The only redeeming quality of my visit was the waiter, who provided excellent service throughout the meal. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that my needs were met. Unfortunately, the poor quality of the food overshadowed the waiter's efforts.
I would not recommend Logan's Roadhouse based on my experience. The lack of flavor and seasoning in the steak, combined with the strange color and tough texture, made for a very unpleasant meal. I hope the restaurant will take steps to improve the quality of its food in the future.

Where's the steak Its right here, and you can't beat the flavor. It's hot and juicy and you can cut it with ease. Plus you can't beat the price, order a large steak and split it with your loved one, you will both be satisfied.
