Me and my boyfriend were the only ones when we went in and no one was there so we waited. A few minutes layer 3 workers came out from the back at once and couldn't comprehend what we were telling them we wanted...after we ordered they all disappeared into the back to smoke weed, the smell was unbearable and they didn't wash there hands...when we were leaving, one of the workers came out and realized she got caught smoking weed on the job lol...never going back if they allow their employees to serve customers while being really high.

Good ice cream, but no price transparency with customers. Service was subpar and didn’t offer any solutions when we were charged incorrectly. I loved this place as a kid and wanted to share it with my nephews, but we won’t be coming back.

I haven't been to Marble Slab in 10+ years. Decided to go to today. Got the chocolate dipped cone with cheesecake icecream and chocolate chips, it was absolutely HORRIBLE! NONE OF IT WAS GOOD! Threw it in the trash 5 minutes down the road! So disappointed!!!

I am so disappointed today me and my husband went to get a sweet treat after the movies around 7 something and they only had 2 workers. My husband works as a teacher at a school and knew one of the girls and asked her if it was only them two to which she replied yes sir. I was beyond mad because they had so many people in their lobby. They had a whole volley team of more than 15 girls and serval adults plus family of us to 6 each and other senior citizens waiting on ice cream. And the poor girl also had drive through to worry about. Bless them they were trying so hard to keep up and serve us all with grace and patience which is hard to do when overwhelmed. I took the liberty to ask them where their manager was at they said she got off at 5 so which then asked do you’ll have an assistant manager and they relied yes ma’am we do but she got off at 5 o’clock. Which is that both manager and assistant manager work the same shift and leave two people alone on a Friday night you would think they would have more workers. My family member waiting in the lobby and tipped them they also overheard the two young girl say sorry for the wait were short staff two which my niece asked why. Apparently the 3rd person was sick which is not her fault and couldn’t and (shouldn’t) be working had to call in. But the fact that neither the manager or assistant manager covered the shift is sad. What are they there for then they’re supposed to manage and be there for their employees which apparently they aren’t. Marble slab. Creamery needs to do way better than this those girl deserves a raise and more praise having to deal with all the people which knowing they have to clean and close the store is upsetting.

Coconut ice cream. Velvety smooth and very “coconutty” flavor w/o being too sweet.
And big kudos for having a very good “mint” ice cream w/o chocolate!

MF'ers should be embarrassed to charge that much in their dirty store with their sloppy customer service for their mediocre ice cream.

Good ice cream but I’ve gone twice this past week and once this week and their payment system is always a trouble. They only accept cash or card no tap. Every time I go we have issues with the card reader as that’s the only was to pay using a card swiping. And the poor employees and manger always have to ask the customers for a different card because the swiper will not read the cards. Having to go to the atm every time is not ideal as well as not everyone carries cash. It puts the workers in a bind I saw an older lady have and attitude with the young employee because the system wouldn’t read her card and had to ask for a different card and then there don’t take bills over 20. I wish the owner would fix that.

We came by at 9:20 on a Friday night. The doors were locked. The employee told us to go through the drive through. From what I could see, they were cleaning and didn’t want anyone in. Floors were freshly mopped and one employee was wiping down counters and chairs were already on the tables. Trying to leave early I assume. There were 4 employees! The young lady that took our order was sweet though. Ice Cream is expensive but good.

This play is way too expensive! I got two small items for one scoop. I would at least expect some good service!! Employees are not friendly, just plain and simple rude! Would not recommend.

We tried to go to this Marble Slab on a Saturday night at 9:40 (store closesat 10 according to site), and while the sign said open, it was completely dark inside, and no onewas there working.

Bad service. I wanted to try out this place since I had never went before but it didn’t go as I expected. My family and I speak Spanish, so we often have a hard time ordering. The girls who served us kept giving us weird looks and whispered to each other every time we would try to order. One of them spoke Spanish the WHOLE time and didn’t even bother to help us at all. They also got our order wrong.
