I ordered delivery through the app, and was told it would take 30 minutes to get to me. After an hour had passed I called the store and the “Manager” answered the phone. I explained what was going on and he said they were backed up. (Which is fine but it would have been nice to get a heads up). He said it would be here in another 30 minutes. Another hour passes by so i call back and the manager was super rude!! Every time I spoke he just stayed quiet and would not help me what-so-ever. Needless to say. I never received my pizza. I eventually got a refund for my order, and was told “I can give you a free pizza next time but that’s all I can do” I’m a rude tone may i add. I love Marcos pizza, and I have met the owner who is a very sweet man and really cares for his restaurant. I just believe that manager is not fit for customer service. And will not be recommending delivery to anyone in my hotel who asks.

We ordered a 15 pc garlic parmesan wings curbside .I get their and they notify me that its ready at 8.01 so at 8.06 I call and they immediately put me on hold.5 minutes on hold I go inside and they say how can I help you.i say how much longer on my order and they ask what name .I tell them and they proceed to get it from their hot place .so I ask him how long has that been their and he says only 10 minutes.so I tell him well I been waiting that long in my car outside waiting for yall to bring it since it was a curbside order and they answer back no curbside don't mean that.at that moment i was flabbergasted.curbside chic fil a and pelican point and anywhere else they bring you the order.now either that worker was being a smart mouth or just clueless.by the way they was standing their twiddling their thumbs.they even asked for the make and model of the car.whats the point if your not gonna bring the order to me

I’ve never had to wait more than 2 hours to order 2 pizza’s. Even left a nice tip on the app. You would think they would call you to let you know that they’re backed up, Or just let you know on the app that it will be delayed. Unacceptable. Never ordering delivery from Marco’s ever.

We made the trip to Lufkin to see Christmas lights and was a little disappointed. We stopped by here to get dinner and it was awesome. The pizza is some of the best I have ever had. Staff was nice to deal with and seemed cheery even though they were swamped. Definitely recommend.
The employee at the window was extremely rude. The pizza was not even cut ! It didn't have the toppings i paid for, and when i ask to speak to the manager, he made excuses and was not friendly or helpful. Wanted me to return and wait while they made another pizza ... I'm not the one that messed up . I wasn't rude at the window. Then to top it off the pizza was tastless and parts were cold .

In today's competitive pizza market you would think every customer is an opportunity to maintain their business. The pizza is fantastic and, we've come back for that that reason. The cook even came out and asked how we would prefer our pizza cut which was very nice. Unfortunately after today we won't be back. The woman that worked their was a nasty person. She went out of her way to bitch at us needlessly about maintaining a 20' distance from the door from while smoking when I clearly was out in the parking lot and an entire parking space away from the front door. BTW we were the only patrons in the establishment. Then after eating our pizza she went out of her way to bitch about me bringing in a soda and she was just as blunt and rude about that bc too. There is NO sign indicating this to be policy. Next time I will go to a competitor.When I pass by and they're out of business I will know why. Evidently this woman isn't happy with her career choice or is just a miserable person. Try smiling and being respectful of your customers.
