Absolutely ridiculous shouldn't even have to post a review to get help, refuses to pick up phones, so no way to contact but this is a horrible experience. Raw food shouldn't be served especially if youre raising your prices. Disgusting.
Update: I have the store saying to contact customer service and customer service saying to contact the store, so essentially they took the money now noone is to blame for serving the food in the state and no money back, so go to mcdonalds if you want raw food and for no accountability!

McDonalds impressed me once again with their Mcgriddle sausage & Egg NO CHEESE. McDonalds also has the best coffee hands down. Its not even close.

Out of the 3 Mcdonalds we have here in town, I would say this is tied for first with the one on the loop, depending on what time of day you arrive. The last 3 times I dined here, the food was FRESH. The time before that was kinda meh.. but not to the point that I was dissatisfied. Its Mcdonalds, quick and cheap food that I didn't have to make myself! What more could you ask for? Well, maybe a more sensible parking lot.. but that's beside the point.

Bought a large drink SPECIFICALLY FOR THE MONOPOLY TICKETS that don’t end 11/23 a month away and got an old cup with no ticket. Called to try to get it fixed bc otherwise I would have just got a water and saved my money and the lady that answered the phone said OH well it’s limited time and it’s about to end so we didn’t order any more cups with the tickets. Sorry. Then my boss goes in and gets her food 5 mins later and comes back with a LARGE CUP WITH A TICKET ON IT!!! Called back to see what’s up and she said oh she must had just gotten our last one. How coincidental of her. Trash service every time I go there don’t know why I decided to go this morning won’t make that mistake again thanks no thanks.
I went to McDonald's today and I got my food right? And they told me to wait at the second window for the drinks, there were 5. When I got them instead of handing me the four that go in the cup holder and then the 5th by hand, the worker gave them all at once, with obviously four in the cup holder and the other one in the middle of it and the drinks were tilting because of it. Because I had the courtesy to try to get stop them from dropping when the worker handed them to me, they dropped anyways and one spilled on me and my car and I had to fix the other drinks that were falling. Luckily only that one drink went to waste and I never got a new drink which I find very unfair. They never even told me they'd get me a new drink when they left the second window.

I order a 10 peace nuggets, paid for it, they told me to pull over, made me wait 38 minutes, I finally ask for my money back cause they didn’t give me my food that I paid for, and they said no, cause then they were going be short, so I left without food or a refund
