I don’t know what happened, but this McDonald’s really let me down today. I got a Big Mac, and it was cold. Like, really cold. The fries were soggy and barely warm, which is just unacceptable.The staff didn’t seem to care at all. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. It felt like I was annoying them just by ordering food.I’ve had good experiences at McDonald’s before, but this one was a joke. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I always have a great experience at the McDonald’s on Timberland Drive! The food is hot, fresh, and exactly what I expect every time. The staff is friendly and works fast, even when it’s busy. My favorites are the spicy McChicken and double cheeseburger, they always hit the spot. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations around!

Lost my order had to wait 20 minutes just for them to ask me what I ordered after I told them 5 different times and repeated keep asking for a receipt even though the lady at the first window never gave me a receipt she told me to “just go to next window “ how did my code and everything work when I was at the incom ?? Just for them to lose my food ?? 2 minutes later they tell me to pull to the third window just to ask me for the same thing I pulled up the receipt on the Mc Donald’s app and I still had to code on my phone this place sucks definitely will not see me there again.

Omg everytime I go to McDonald’s for breakfast there is a lady on the second window. She has the worst attitude. Like the worst. Don’t you there ask for anything else after she gives you your order because she has the nastiest attitude. I went today it has been a while I always think of going in the morning because I dont want to see her. Anyways So she gives me my coffee as I’m trying to put my coffee on the cup holder she’s like Okay have a good day now shaking the bag like hurry up bye’ i was like I’m not even going to check the bag I’m just you to go. I was going to ask if she could give me some jelly jam and butter because I did order a biscuit. But I didn’t ask her because I was like nah I’m good her attitude would have been worse. I’m not good at face to face confrontation. But I really think she shouldn’t be in the window with that attitude and not giving Decent service. I hope Next time I go I hope they take my review seriously and move her from the window or from anything that has to do with attending Customers because she is soo unprofessional and rude.

The lobby was quiet dirty and humid. The TV was not working and the lobby had trash throughout. After an hour in, the lobby finally got cleaned but the humidity remained. The ambience was stale with no music no TV and humid air.

It’s McDonald’s, Walmart of the food industry. Although this is probably the best McDonald’s rating I’ve giving most are 1-2. They do often get my orders wrong from the beginning but make it right after I double check everything (which I shouldn’t have to do, management needs to check orders before going out).

Kid-friendliness: The play place is the best in town, a lot of space in playground and kept rather clean for a playground.

Logic Lights

Went through the drive-thru they got my order wrong I went inside to get it corrected to the right order and they got it wrong again. ended up having to go back for a third time just to get what I ordered the first time. I will not be returning. Sadly this is not the first time that it's happened.

Seems like everytime i ask for a shake at this location, its always “ice-cream machine is not working”!! But the other to locations on Hudson and on First street, always seem to have no issue! I dont know how long i will take to return at this location!
