I always have a great experience at the McDonald’s on Timberland Drive! The food is hot, fresh, and exactly what I expect every time. The staff is friendly and works fast, even when it’s busy. My favorites are the spicy McChicken and double cheeseburger, they always hit the spot. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations around!

It’s McDonald’s, Walmart of the food industry. Although this is probably the best McDonald’s rating I’ve giving most are 1-2. They do often get my orders wrong from the beginning but make it right after I double check everything (which I shouldn’t have to do, management needs to check orders before going out).
Kid-friendliness: The play place is the best in town, a lot of space in playground and kept rather clean for a playground.

I ordered through the app at this location. The app said they had frames available so i ordered 1 and then when they brought me my food they said the machine wasn't working today. When asked about a refund they weren't willing to give one till I asked to speak to a manager.
Why do we have to argue about getting a refund for food they won't provide but was paid for?
