Service needs improvement. The kids working seem like everything is a bother and no one wants to see baseball Suze hickies on the person touching their food. They need to spend more time training on how to treat customers and what appearance means and how important it is.

I was here Dec 22,2025 and ordered a combo meal. Instead of carrying the food to our table ( it’s for here) staff called out the number and I went and carried the meal to our table. Staff forgot it’s a combo meal they did not give me a drink cup. So I asked politely to give me a drink cup but the staff ‘ face showed such a disdain and disgust it’s like world owning her millions. I am so disappointed that this McDonald gives such a terrible service and staff attitude is so bad.

Ii ordered a number 9 cut the ketchup. I had to tell the young man three times. When I got to the window, I told the girl that this order was going to be wrong. She checked it and said there was no ketchup. When I got home there was meat, cheese and ketchup nothing else. I called the phone number on the website. No answer. Three days later my wife ordered food on line. I told her I was done with that place. When she got her order it was totally wrong. She cut the ketchup and onions. It was full of ketchup and onions. Two times in a row!! Now we are both done. These kids at night couldn’t care less. I would fire them all!!

We used to hit this McDonald's on our family trip to Missouri every year for years, either just before Xmas or the Friday after Thanksgiving, but ever since the pandemic they've been short staffed and only open the drive thru for breakfast and NOT the dining room and on a long road trip we want to come INSIDE but we haven't been able to since 2021. So this year we'll be going to Whataburger in Lufkin for breakfast instead. I'm sure they open the dining room eventually in the morning but we're already long gone and down the road by then.

It's a McDonald's, but a clean one. I especially want to point out that they got my order exactly correct! Cause since covid, fast food getting your order correct has been nearly impossible! So thank you!!!

Poor customer service, the restaurant is literally empty with no customers for the past 10 minutes and they are taking over 15 minutes to bring out two apple pies. 3-4 employees inside doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant closes at 11:00 PM but a customer just came and the doors were locked.
