Poor customer service, the restaurant is literally empty with no customers for the past 10 minutes and they are taking over 15 minutes to bring out two apple pies. 3-4 employees inside doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant closes at 11:00 PM but a customer just came and the doors were locked.

I've almost been put in the hospital because of a teenage staff who didnt acknowledge me when I told them about my severe onion allergy. There were onions hidden in my burger. And oddly enough when I try to call up there to talk about an order I placed for someone the number just rings and rings till it automatically disconnects. Where is the manager that the phone rings That long. And why did a teenager get the chance to nearly kill me when all staff need to be trained properly despite it being a slow day.

I usually love McDonald’s, but my visit today was pretty disappointing. I ordered a Big Mac meal, and honestly, it didn’t taste fresh at all. The burger was cold, the buns were a bit soggy, and the fries were barely warm—definitely not the crispy, hot fries I’ve come to expect.
On top of that, the service wasn’t great. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t greet me when I walked in. When I asked for a sauce, they just kind of shrugged and handed it to me without any sort of politeness.
I get that places get busy, but this was a letdown. I don’t mind paying for fast food if it’s fresh and I’m treated well, but today, neither of those things happened. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location.

First time I've been to this specific McDonald's. The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. When I went up to the counter after getting my food, I needed a sauce, there was no one to help. But, all in all a pretty good experience.

My husband was just served two raw Chicken biscuits, the breading and meat was gooey looking and mushy, glad I didn’t serve to my children. I tried to call the store several times over the past two hours and no one is answering the phones. So I called corporate to file a complaint so that they can fix and prevent this in the future..

Breakfast time wasn’t busy but our order was still technically wrong. We don’t often sit inside but we did today. Ordered on the kiosk for dine in. Our order still came in the bag. It’s a minor inconvenience at best but still, as far as getting it right, it wasn’t. Food was delicious and although I could have done without the bigoted ideas being loudly discussed by the boomers in the booth behind us, as far as McDonald’s goes, it was an overall okay experience.
