I have tried this place twice and I can say without a doubt don’t waste your time. The food is horrible both times it was burnt. The sad part is they don’t seem to care. Will definitely not go back.

Worked a 12 hour shift got off work and was hoping to get some dinner from here to take home. Ordered my food and was told to wait in the front. Watched 5 other cars before me get their food. I went inside to ask where my food was and found out that my order was completely forgotten. Wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting and had to wait longer due to my order not being cooked. Employee didnt even apologize for keeping me waiting so long. I get home and my taco is almost burnt but the other food was fine. When I go earlier in the day it is usually fine but only younger Employees were there when I went in the afternoon. Probably will never return due this experience.

Great find! My son and his friend came in to visit from San Antonio and wanted to try some Mexican food here. We found Mexico Express and we were not disappointed. Everyone came away happy. The food was delicious and the employees were so kind.

If you care about salsa - it is not served cold, it is a cooked/warm salsa but it’s blended so not chunky. This is not our preferred type, but it wasn’t bad. We had a table of 4 and was given one small bowl with a spoon in it for the entire table. The chips were warm and crunchy, but our second batch was overcooked/brown. Queso is white cheese and good flavor, also very affordable compared to other restaurants, it was only $2.50. They have a large menu and every dish has a photo included so you know exactly what you’re ordering. I thought that was pretty cool. Food was very flavorful, large portions, and affordable. Despite the salsa not being my fave, I’d go back for the food!
