Employees saw us pull up and still walked outside to take a 'break.' To add to the inconsiderate behavior, the employees still inside the building were more concerned with socializing than helping or even paying attention to a customer that had walked in. Not the wisest decision for the employees taking a 'break' to be smoking skunky stuff with customers in the lot that can smell it.

They barley put Canadian bacon and pineapple on it they made it good but not enough ingredients and the Alfredo sauce was good if it had more ingredients it would have been awesome the girl at the counter ignored my question completely when I paid it automatically put a 2 dollar tip I think she sets it up and I picked it up if they delivered I wouldn't mind tipping but don't try to force me

If I could give this pizza place a zero star I would, called them to deliver a pizza, the guy working there was very rude, he said by me calling was a prank call, even though I have an Arkansas number, I do live in Lufkin

$60 for pizza and they helped themselves to a tip that i did not authorized and kept me on hold for an hour cus he was gonna talk to his boss never came back on the line awful customer service
I love their pizza and bread sticks but the guys who were working on Sunday, lazy. I don't know if I'll order from here again. I spent $30 on pizza and needed a few seasoning packages. They wanted to charge me for each tiny little package. It's a half of a tsp of seasoning. Ridiculous. There was one employee just sitting on the counter looking extremely high eating food. They were unprofessional and clearly don't understand how to treat a paying customer. Looks like I'll switch back to Marco's pizza.

Once again, utterly disappointed. Food is ok, often a bit undercooked.
The REAL issue is that they use Doordash for their delivery. With tips expected BEFORE service is performed, these people just take the money and give crap service. Food left outside with no attempt to notify me, so food is absolutely cold (especially during winter!).
Even when using a 3rd party to complete your service, Papa John's is still responsible for the end result.

I ordered a cheese pizza easy on the sauce and what I received looked like a pizza with extra sauce and light on the cheese. Took the pizza back in and the employee said that’s just how much cheese we always put on pizzas, yet the other 2 pizzas I got had plenty of cheese on them. Really disappointed. (I have eaten at multiple other Papa John’s locations, and there is a significant amount more cheese than this)
