I have always enjoyed the food and service here except for today march 16. The crawfish were very small and some were mushy. The seasoning was great as usual but the size disappointing.
The atmosphere here was fine. The service was just okay. For appetizers, we ordered the boudin egg rolls, and they were amazing! Also, the devils on horseback were great. I ordered the Cajun Two Step with fish and shrimp. Unfortunately, it came out cold and had no seasoning. I would definitely not be coming back here.
This was our first time to go to Pelican Pointe! All my teacher friends highly recommended it! Little did I know my husband had made plans to take me there today for Valentine's Day! It was delcious! Best food by far that we have ever had in Lufkin and we met and have been together 38 years today! My friend married his brother! Our server Igor was awesome! He was able to wait on us and prepare the outside for the crowd this evening. Great job Igor! We can't wait for...
