This was my first visit to a "Raising Cane's Chicken Finger" Restaurant and was a little disappointed. It wasn't "Bad" it just wasn't "Really good"..!! It is a little "Pricey" for what you get, but again it wasn't outrageously expensive, I paid $9.99 for a 3 piece chicken combo. First, their "Secret Sauce" that they say they are known for, tastes like a combination of Mayonnaise and Thousand Island Dressing...

Every time I go to Louisiana to see my family, I always stop here to eat. It’s sort of like a tradition. Some of the workers here know and recognize me when I come in. Sure, it's a nice product, well thought out and executed, but it's pretty darn expensive.

Those Cajuns that invented this in Baton Rouge, Lousyana know what they're doing! I wish them the best. I am also available for consulting :P

P.S. Is that economics/business professor fired yet? What a great origin story for a nice brand!
