We came on a busy night, I think maybe prom was going on but were seated within maybe 10 minutes which was super quick considering the circumstances. We were seated at a high top table and our waitress was also running the bar, not a great idea because after she took our order she never came back. Luckily the other servers were attentive so we didn't have issues with timing of anything coming out. After seeing so many 5 star reviews on Google and the bread being so good I had HIGH hopes. Once we got the calamari, I was so disappointed because it was so bland and probably top 3 of the worst I've had. For entree I got the lobster ravioli which was okay, but waaay too much sauce. I got an Italian margarita and espresso martini, those were both really good!! I probably wouldn't go back and if I were to crave Italian food, I'd just go to Olive Garden. I will give them props for their servers though, they were on top of it for being so busy!

Comfortable setting with friendly and accommodating staff even at 5pm on a friday. Garlic knots are the best bread I’ve had anywhere. 3-6pm happy hour was a pleasant surprise as well!Dietary restrictions: A dish with onions was served but not listed as an ingredient on menu. The waiter manager and kitchen were accommodating and understanding in every way!Wheelchair accessibility: One level and easy to access from parking lot.

The turtle cheesecake I'm not sure if is packaged or made there, but it's delicious. I really enjoy the pizza and the house Italian tomato vinaigrette. I had a noodle dish with in jalapenos and mushrooms in a brown sauce that seemed weird in the description but I ended up eating every bite of it, it was so good!The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.They have some fun drink specials too!

This was the first time here. The atmosphere was great. Homely we were greated with the door being opened for us. Our waiter was fast and treated us like he had known us forever. Gave us?great suggestions. I tried one of them. It was wonderful. Fast friendly service. The rest of the staff was great. Greated everyone when they came in. Not with the normal welcome. Like some places. It was hey come on in.We live an hour away so we cant go as much as we would like. But we are already making plans on when we can go again. I just cant say enough about it.LOVE IT!

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! My boyfriend & I live in North Carolina and are in town visiting my family and we were seriously blown away by how amazing everything was here. The food is top notch for Italian, which I didn’t fully expect out of East Texas… but we agreed, we’d never had better Italian food ANYWHERE. Our server Jimmy said it was his first week, but he gave us kind and prompt service that is rarely matched. Thank you Jimmy!!! Even the garlic knots that were complimentary were to die for!!!! I had jumbo shrimp in a cream sauce and my boyfriend’s favorite was the tortellini… the sauce was incredible. Try a signature cocktail, too - I don’t even like bourbon and the smoked old fashioned was great! Thank you Roma!!!

By far the best restaurant I've ever been to in Lufkin, the food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic.I had a great gluten free pizza, and their cocktails were great as well.The service, especially our server Alana, was top notch. She was super helpful with recommendations and was always friendly and attentive! We felt right at home and would definitely recommend Roma to anyone looking for some great Italian food!Dietary restrictions: They have a great gluten free pizza crust, and gluten free pasta options as well.

Great service, great food, and they do dessert for birthdays! The prices are reasonable too. My kids loved the rolls while we were waiting. The only thing that doesn't appeal to me is the tvs. They're distracting when you want to have more human interaction or a romantic date night?

We waited 45 minutes for our drinks alone..after telling the owner he said " no I have the ticket it's only been 30 minutes" like that was ok..no I'm sorry I'll get it fixed just we were wrong...our server was great but the owner is awful. mean and rude.
