Ran into someone from this restaurant at Walmart and had a discussion about yellow curry. Decided to try the place out through DoorDash delivery, so can’t speak for the atmosphere, but the food was very tasty. Ordered a Reuben and disco fries and both were very good.

My favorite place to eat in Lufkin, hands down. Everything they have to offer is absolutely delicious. The specials are amazing, the salads are fresh, the brisket is moist and full of flavor, and the tacos are seasoned just right. If you choose Rustica's you will not regret it. Anything you order will be full of flavor and leave you wondering what you will try next time.

I absolutely love this place. I've been there twice now and the steak torta is amazing!!! The folks that own it are so nice. The owner/cook came out to talk to us when be brought us our food. I am a trucker and eat all over the US and this place is definitely in my top 5 places to eat. I'll be seeing you folks in a few weeks once I'm home.

Today is the first time I visit this place and I thought the food was excellent, it has an authentic flavor, I didn't know what to order and I asked them to recommend something, they recommended a cake and I was surprised by the taste, I also tried some chicken taquitos and they were very good. The attention and service is something to highlight since it is one of the best, without a doubt a 10 out of 10. I will return to try more things on the menu ?

After checking Yelp, chose Rustica's based on the reviews. Staff was welcoming and courteous. I had a muffuletta - delicious, but not as spicy as I am used to, olive tapenade was delicious. Husband had a brisket sandwich - tender and delicious, the aioli sauce was a real plus. Split an order of fries - generous, seasoned well, and made from real potatoes. No short-cuts here, and I would get my own fries next time! Simply decorated and meticulously clean. Would be a great choice any time, and they plan to start serving breakfast next week. This was a one-time experience for us as we are traveling and may not be in Lufkin again. A VERY welcome alternative to fast food on a road trip!
